A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

I had booked eagles rest for my children and parents, we expected the house was beautiful from the pictures but it was even better then all the photos. The decor, artwork inside and out was spectacular. We loved the veggie and fruit that were grow around the house and the beautiful maintained garden. The garden outside each room made it so peaceful. We especially loved the pizza oven outside, using the fresh tomatoes picked from their garden. The fire pit was a hit too with the family,sitting around on the outdoor sofa and lounge bed. We were also welcomed with a beautiful basket of goodies on the bench which was such a warm welcome. Communication was great, answering our questions promptly and being so accommodating. Everything was stocked up for us in the house from kitchen, pantry laundry cupboard which helped us from having to go down to the shops and getting all the Nic nacs. I highly recommend Anton’s place, it was everything and so much more We will definitely be back for sure ?

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

The place was nice and clean. two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. The place was quiet. Short drive to the cafes, shops, and the Irish pub. No WiFi.

From the time of booking to the check out, Etem was a very co-operative host, who communicated promptly. The house itself was exactly as described & everything was presented & maintained very well. We loved it here & had a great time. Highly recommend it for large groups and/or families. Spacious, clean & well presented.

Kylie was always super quick to respond to messages and queries, often within an hour or so. She was very friendly over message, and was quite welcoming - making us feel confident this was a trustworthy and great place to spend the weekend. The house is in a FANTASTIC location, and was only a five minute walk from the local shopping centre and beach front. The house itself was well-cleaned and very spacious. The large backyard was a great addition, especially with the summer weather. Amenities all worked well and were in great condition. Can definitely see myself visiting again.

The house interior was well designed and cosy, with a beautiful fresh wood scent. The kitchen was kitted with plenty of tools to cook for a big group. The outdoor space and fire pit were great for evening hangs and the river was a highlight for a refreshing dip in the summer heat. A very short drive to explore the beautiful surrounding forests and walking tracks and Warburton town. Will definitely rent again!

The property was private, cozy, and absolutely beautiful—with tons of natural light that made it feel so warm and welcoming. The location was perfect too: peaceful and secluded, but just a short drive to local shops and great restaurants. There were ponies, which added such a charming touch to the whole experience. Elaine was a fantastic host—super responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.
