We rent out our home, a 1925 attic villa that has been significantly renovated in recent years. 6 min from Tønsberg city center, we get the experience of living in the countryside with 2m plot, very bright house, 2 chicken houses and 3.5m trampoline. The hens require little, but offer fresh eggs in the finest colors every single day. Two beautiful cats also live here, one of them incredibly cuddly. They are breed mixers - allergy friendly, but not allergy free. It is also included in a separate apartment in the basement, search for Pastellavilla.

Basement floor is the past under renovation but there is access to the toilet and laundry room with shower.

We rent out our basement apartment when it is not in use! The apartment has a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, a cozy living room and a bedroom with three beds (one double bed and one single bed). It is possible to prepare more beds as needed - please contact us. Note: there is only 1.95 m under the ceiling. Short distance to shops, bus connections and the fantastic RIngshaugstranda!

I tillegg ligger Kaldnes-området med hyggelige kafeer, treningssenter og sjøpromenaden en kort gåtur unna.
