Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

We had a great time thanks to Patricia and Joël's absolutely exceptional cottage…! We had 3 children under 5 and everything was adapted and made for them: games for each of their ages, books, a small desk to be able to draw and tinker, board games, puzzles. But above all the garden was beautiful and did not lack activities for children with the treehouse, trampoline and swings… The bikes left at our disposal were a real luxury, and allowed us to discover all the surrounding paths! The kids (and the parents too!!) were particularly touched by their little surprise/departure gift! Again, a huge thank you for these small touches, for your discretion and kindness. We will remember the property and recommend it 200%!

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful stay! The house is equipped with all comforts, very quiet and relaxing stay here. Furthermore, you are very quickly on the beach or in cities nearby. There is an organic market on Saturdays. Beautiful domain where you can walk and of course a swimming pool ! We really enjoyed our week here.

We had a great time with the family, in an ideal setting and a house with a pool that perfectly met our expectations.

The accommodation is as described, a crib and high chair were made available to us. We had a great long weekend with our baby at Guillaume and Christelle's, we recommend this place!

An absolutely stunning Airbnb, Debbie & Mike were amazing hosts! we weren’t lucky with the weather, so we couldn’t make use of the lovely pool and outdoor dining area. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you!

A just perfect stay! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos: spacious, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. Every detail is designed for comfort, you immediately feel at home. Dylan is very responsive. A real favorite, I recommend it without so much as a second thought and will come back without hesitation!

We had a great time at Gérard and Véronique's, who are very friendly and always smiling and dynamic hosts. The hosting was very warm . The cottage is very clean and very functional . Everything is well thought out. Quality linen. Very comfortable bedding. The terrace near the kitchen is also very nice, well equipped for outdoor meals and relaxing on sunny days. The calm of this place filled us. We sincerely thank Gérard and Véronique for their kind little touches: walnut wine and homemade jam, as well as some cakes from the region. Thanks also for the little "tap" demonstration. We highly recommend this rental, which is very well located in a very beautiful area. We'll be happy to go back.

Pleasant accommodation with its veranda, the listing description is true to reality. Extremely well-equipped, for info, the 3rd bedroom is an office with a sofa bed. We recommend this accommodation.

Sophie and Patrice's very friendly welcome was the first sign of a pleasant and comfortable stay (nothing is missing!) in the cottage of "Bapaille". A few kilometers away, many famous sites (Brouage) or surprising sites (the stones of Crazannes), picturesque villages... are waiting to be discovered. For those who appreciate the calm and green serenity, you are in the right place as long as you don't forget to shop beforehand! The attentive listening of owners who are passionate about local history is appreciated. We'll be happy to go back.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

House in a good location close to the town center on foot, excellent pizzeria in the center. Functional house with small garden, private parking, just the train passes right next door (100 m) you can hear it well but otherwise very good. Pascal was very responsive and gave us all the necessary information by message. Thank you so much!

The accommodation was perfectly as described: clean, good location and very pleasant to stay in. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. small downside: the mandatory cleaning fee, even if I understand their necessity, it's always a bit of a shame not to have the choice. it is nevertheless a very good experience that I recommend without hesitation.

Séverine has created a lovely gîte with great character, style and comfort. We stayed for two weeks and had everything we needed to feel at home. The gîte has a private back garden with table and chairs and a large area of parkland in front. It's in a peaceful location in the countryside but St Savinien is only a 10 min walk away and is one of the prettiest towns in the region. Lovely area for walking and cycling . Séverine and her husband Jean-Marc were great hosts.
