The place is amazing, a beautiful view, a wonderful beach nearby, the house is spacious, comfortable and impeccable with everything you need to have an excellent stay. Javier is always attentive and cordial!!

Our stay at Matías's house was excellent. The house is in a very secure gated condominium and has all amenities described in the listing. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the beach socos down the dunes, a very nice hike. We really enjoyed our vacations. Thank you so much!!!

The house is very comfortable and is as shown in the images. The environment is very quiet, perfect for those who want to disconnect, the host was always available to answer our questions and provide help. They must be clear that it is necessary to move to Coquimbo, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, Tongoy or Serena to find a beach. Transfers between 5 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic

The accommodation is just as it is in the photos, clean, tidy, beautiful view, spacious terrace, comfortable beds. What doesn't stand out well is that it has a very well-equipped kitchen, it has everything if you want to cook, prepare cocktails etc... 100% recommended. I don't know if it's the best place to go with children because the terrace feels a bit exposed if you're not used to the height. Except for that, the place is a 10/10

With an incredible view, the cabin has everything you need to rest and disconnect, my young children had a lot of fun in the patio where there is beach sand. Recommended!

The place was spotless, as described in the listing, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily access the main points of interest. The stay was for my parents and my niece, who described the place as impeccable, in very good condition and the same as the photos. The environment is very quiet, ideal for families and safe for children. The host was very friendly, excellent communication and willing to understand the delay in the arrival time. I would definitely rent it again :)

We had a very comfortable stay. Us and our pets. The cabin is impeccable, a wonderful environment, excellent weather, swimming pool, and a great gazebo. The hosts Mauricio and Concepción were very hospitable and concerned about our comfort throughout the stay. It's a highly recommended place

Cabin in quiet sector, the location is a bit far but by car there are no problems to arrive, we did not have any inconveniences of a guy in the place, the cabin complies with what is necessary.

Very good fully equipped cabin, good lighting and very quiet, perfect for escaping for a few days and rest. A little far from the beach but despite that all excellent, Lo would definitely recommend.

Very beautiful place, equipped with everything necessary for the tenant's enjoyment, the owners are very friendly people and always attentive to any questions and requirements I had. 100% recommended. Also, don't go with very low cars as the inner roads are a bit bumpy. Felt right at home

Everything is very good, I would improve some basic things, like a better grill, and on the other hand warn that they have a pet rooster, which is a love Pero si you wake up jajajaj!
