It is located in the center of Seochon, which is within walking distance to the US Embassy, but it is in an alley slightly away from the bustle, so it is a good place to stay calmly even in winter. I care about heating, and it is a great place to stay for families, lovers, and friends. These days, especially during the school holidays, many family guests visit the US Embassy. Soseo Won - Seochon Spacious yard Hanok single-family home

This is a space where you can use the entire house privately. The space where I lived with my family for 40 years was repaired and operated in 2012. There is a large yard and a carefully cultivated garden, so if you sit on the roof, you can enjoy a quiet and slow time with the square sky. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. The two bedrooms connected to the living room have two queen size beds and are spacious. The third room is a small room (love room) with a separate entrance. Additional bedding is provided at a separate fee, and it is a thick cotton mattress and blanket made in the workshop, so please contact us for a comfortable rest. (Up to 6 people) We have prepared welcome tea and simple refreshments. It is prepared with decaffeinated tea (jakdukong tea), so please enjoy the tea ceremony regardless of time. It is a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Gyeongbokgung Station and is the second house in the alley of <Hyundai Car Center>. The main road and bus stop are close, so you can easily access Tongin Market, Seochon, Blue House, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Samcheong-dong.

You can freely use the yard, which is hard to find in the city. ❇️You can enjoy the traditional look and modern interior by renovating a hanok built in 1939. ❇️ There is a yard, and as a Hanok is a wooden building, we do disinfect weekly, but bugs may appear very rarely. Built about 100 years ago, Dongchonjae is a traditional Hanok officially certified by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Korea Tourism Organization. Dongchonjae has been operated since October 2020 by a retired couple who opened their home. Dongchonjae is on a 380.17m² plot of land It consists of one building, and the space is divided into the main building (Anche/Main House), Sarangchae/Detached House, and Annex. Guests have exclusive use of the main house and the annex. The host lives in the detached house, and will personally assist you with necessary services such as providing breakfast.
