It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and another double sofa bed in the living room. It has a private garage where you can charge an electric car (3.4kw). There is a restaurant 650 meters away, a cafe 350 meters away, and a Pingo Doce supermarket 1.4 km away. It was Grandma's house but the bathroom was completely remodeled, the floor of the house is new and it was all painted.

Amazing house with private courtyard, fully furnished for relax moments and 3 confortable rooms, with one master suite with 25 m2. We work with a Water Ski/ Wakeboard Academy in Castelo do Bode Dam with special prices for our guests.
