It’s the upstairs cottage apartment with tall windows giving you a view to the Live Oak trees canopying together. The one by the cottage is 200 +years old!! Charming and cozy place to relax or work! Lovely, private townhome, completely renovated, close and convenient location to all amenities in Tallahassee. No stairs, with easy access. Private parking for 2 cars. As the owner of a commercial cleaning corporation, we have implemented all necessary measures to make sure the space is properly disinfected after each and every guest. There is no catering/commercial food prep allowed from this unit, as it will overwhelm the space. No violations tolerated.
