Very nice apartment inside. Just like the photos. Kevin and Jimmy were very flexible with my check-in time. Everything is clean and it has an iron. Super important. It's comfortable and I would go back without hesitation. My only issue is to show a little more, the location as it is the apartment on the outside (street). To make it a little more realistic for the renter. But overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay and they are always super friendly.

I only stayed one day, but the place is beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, the entrance to the building was very easy, I just had a little trouble entering the room since there was a lot of sunlight and I couldn't see the numbers well, but everything was very good, the place is centrally located and there are many nice cafes around, you just have to take into account that being on a busy street you can hear a lot of cars and motorcycles at night, everything is very clean and beautiful, my grandmother loved the place, we will definitely return later

It is located in a great location that allows you to move quickly to the main points of Toluca. Also, Kevin and Jimmy (hosts) were in contact with us at all times and were very helpful. Excellent service from Hugo and Estela. Unbeatable location, with spectacular views, next to Parque La Mexicana (excellent for runners) and with a wide range of services, restaurants and 5 minutes from Centro Santa Fé. I would definitely come back.

It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting, and the space is comfortable, clean and perfect for accommodating three people or even four. Great choice of accommodation, it has everything you need and more, the area is very quiet, beautiful and accessible even for walking to nearby squares. It has parking, which is a plus for those who come with their car. The host from the beginning showed a lot of initiative, kindness and willingness to help, answering our questions immediately and always available. The apartment is very cozy, spacious and clean. It's totally worth it.

Everything was amazing, communication with Bernardo was good, only it's not so immediate. The place is comfortable, all the people we met helped us at all times. The parking lot is huge haha you could get lost a little but it's a good challenge. On one side is Walmart, the gate, Sams so anything you need is at hand. Thank you Bernardo, you have a great place to rest.

There’s a shopping center just a 5-minute drive away with lots of stores and dining options, which was super convenient. Security was friendly and helpful—we felt completely safe the entire time. Overall, a solid choice for a budget-friendly, practical stay!
