Excellent place, very clean and comfortable. Edgar was always very attentive to us and gave us clear instructions. It is super close to the Toluca terminal. Very safe.

Very nice apartment inside. Just like the photos. Kevin and Jimmy were very flexible with my check-in time. Everything is clean and it has an iron. Super important. It's comfortable and I would go back without hesitation. My only issue is to show a little more, the location as it is the apartment on the outside (street). To make it a little more realistic for the renter. But overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay and they are always super friendly.

The accommodation is ideally located, close to practically everything and has everything you need to stay as many days as you want. Check-in is very comfortable and the host is always attentive to any questions. The only thing I do want to comment on and I don't know if it was something that happened during the days of our stay or if it's something continuous, is that next to the building is the tolerance museum and precisely in the afternoons/evenings a lot of people gathered demonstrating in favor of marijuana, with a very strong smell and you could feel some insecurity. Advantages or disadvantages of staying in such a central area. Apart from that, which has nothing to do with the host who was always attentive, the accommodation is perfect and we would surely repeat.

It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting, and the space is comfortable, clean and perfect for accommodating three people or even four. Excellent Airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to go to the main points of interest, whether walking, cycling, or by Uber. The apartment is impeccable with just what you need in an apartment with 24-hour private security, which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us with what we needed and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Mara and Daniel were wonderful hosts — very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The location is close to so many things, while still being peaceful and private. The security at the front desk were friendly and made us feel very safe! There were lots of amenities that we appreciated having available (heater/fan, umbrellas, hot water kettle, etc). Highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We really enjoy our stay the only problem was that I really tough that we can use the gym area only the residents can do use of the gym to be honest that was one of the principal reasons we did our reservations But for the rest is really good The place locations is really helpful You can find what you need just for the simple reason that you are literally inside of a mall you have the restaurant a supermarket everything to be honest the area is really well located highly recommended and about the gym if your change your mind in planning to stay there just for that the gym is not really a problems at all there’s a gym inside of the mall were you can pay for the service or even get a membership we didn’t get a membership because our stay wasn’t for that longer But if you’re planning stay for more time maybe it is convenient to have one You also have another gym a few step away And palacio de hierro is not to far from that location To be honest I would love to stay again thanku

Very good location, and very safe building

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

This is the second time we've stayed with Alan and again everything was wonderful. Very nice apartment, with very good views and conveniently located, and Alan was a great host. Totally recommended.

Cleanliness was adequate. Communication with the host was cordial and he responded in a reasonable time, which is appreciated. However, there were small aspects that could be optimized to make the experience more comfortable, such as better ventilation. Despite these points, the value for money is fair and I think it is a functional option for short stays. I recommend this place to those looking for a practical and accessible option, with the expectation of a simple but fulfilling experience.
