In addition to a living and dining room, there is a full vintage kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, plus laundry facilities. Very tall people will have to duck under door ways. Not suitable for children under 12. WiFi and a smart TV. Kitchen ceiling is 6'3.5".

We are now opening our cottage again for hosting this summer!! Our lakefront 'cottage' is great for a secluded escape. 2 BR, 2Baths. Fabulous sunrises and full moons. Middle Bolton Lake is a very quiet lake (no more than 6hp). Private dead end road just 2 miles from major highways. Two hours to NYC or Boston We have two kayaks and a canoe for use of our guests. More young children have learned to kayak on our lake and LOVE IT!

This is a vintage small cottage built in the early 1900's. The tin ceilings are original. It has been lovingly renovated. There is a nice deck overlooking a stream and forest. The stream is accessible for older children and dogs to play in. There is a fire pit next to the stream. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher with easy access to the outdoors. Great for relaxing.
