We stayed two days.The room was very clean and quiet, so I slept very well.Walk to Anti Rabe Station for about 5 minutes.There are also restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and longer stays are no problem.Due to safety, I had absolutely absolutely no problem getting out alone during the day and going out alone. Frenchman Raymond, a representative of the organization called "Scolarisation Madagascar", who makes schools and provides food for the disadvantaged children around Antirabe.They told me a lot of interesting stories.

A charming thatched roof house is set among lush greenery, with sandy pathways leading to the entrance. Potted plants are placed strategically around the patio, and the sun casts a bright glow on the dark wooden exterior, enhancing its natural setting.

Beautiful accommodation, clean (cleaning done every day by Sébastine), idyllic setting. The beach is a 5-minute walk away but I don't think you can swim, in any case, we didn't try. The accommodation is a little out of the way without being too far from the center for those who like peace and quiet. We had a great time with the family . Jean Paul is a responsive host. A big thank you to Sébastine who made our stay more enjoyable, she was very attentive to us. The caretaker was also very friendly. The only small downside is the wifi which was quickly cut off. Otherwise I highly recommend this place, we will surely come back for our next stay in Morondava.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic week at Samson’s house. It has a splendid view over the ocean and the mountains and is a short walk to the beach. The house is comfortable and spacious with two good bathrooms and plenty of living space. Samson was very responsive, the place was kept spotlessly clean, and Mighy, the local manager was very helpful. We’d love to stay there again!

Great stay in Fort Dauphin chez Yves and Alison - the apartment is perfect for a family with a good kitchen and with access to a large yard and play areas. With other kids around, and two very well-trained and loving dogs that act as hosts as well, our family was outside most of the time. All of what is needed is within walking distance, such as banks, bakery, and transport via tuk-tuks. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home in Fort Dauphin.
