Vacation rentals with a patio in Toledo District

I can’t say enough about Alux. We loved the pictures but still didn’t think the unit would be so large. Just off the “sidewalk”, we were right in the hub of Placencia, which is busy by Belize standards but very peaceful by 8 or 9pm at night. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and kitchen was huge. Our 7 yr old caught 3 different types of snapper (red, grey, yellow tail), so we used the gas grill, which was conveniently hooked up to central gas. One week was not enough to explore placencia or this amazing pinnesula, but we will be back to stay again. Thanks Judy for thinking of everything, down to the loofa, make up removing pads, and custom made soap!

Great place to stay in Placencia Village. It is near to all of the village amenities, and is about 25 yards off of the sidewalk, with another building in between, so it is *quiet*. Our room was a one-bedroom apartment layout, with bedroom/batch separate from the living/kitchen area. This was perfect for us and the kitchen was well equipped, from dishes and cooking utensils to spices and condiments. We had several really hot days while we were there, so the plunge pool was an excellent amenity and not something many places have. Jody and Dora were excellent hosts and helped us arrange taxis and tours we were interested in. This is definitely will be our first choice for a place to stay on our next visit. Cannot wait to reconnect with this team!

We had a great stay at Wanigi Guesthouse, and Sherlett was a wonderful host. The guesthouse is in a prime location: very close to the airport, and is a short walk to most restaurants and multiple markets. The James bus stop (located across the street from the bank/park) is also within walking distance. The guesthouse was very clean, had cooking supplies (pots/pans, a coffee maker, & a small fridge with a freezer), and a lovely front porch. The A/C was perfect after a hot day, and the hot water in the shower was very nice to have. Sherlett provided a 5-gallon drinking water jug and refill (dependent on local business’s holidays/availability). She also gave very helpful directions and recommendations for our stay.

Everything was as described and more. Pots and pans were good quality...not the usual scratched non stick that we've seen elsewhere. Spices and even some condiments were included. Everyone was very friendly and response from Dora was always quick. Bed and furnishings we're comfortable. Excellent stay!

It’s a very comfortable little place to stay. Close to everything but far enough away from the centre of town that it is still quiet at night.

Great location, facilities as in the pictures, clean place with wifi. Mia was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a small technical issue which they tried to solve but they couldn’t get mechanic arrive the same day. (Most probably solved already now.) So Mia offered to move me into other apartment, they had car drive me to the new location and off the next day as it was further away. This was much more than I could have expected! I enjoyed my stay and Thank you Mia for all the help! :)

Super recommended place, I would stay in the place again, they helped us even with the car that we are discharged with ma Batteria, they let us use the pool of the place, thank you very much

We loved our stay and will ONLY stay here whenever we visit Placencia. The apartment seems newly renovated. Everything is in pristine condition. The water gets really hot. The balcony is large. You can reach the beach and restaurants in under 2 minutes walking. You can reach the grocery store and bank in about 7 minutes walking. The host went out of his way to ensure my daughter and I had everything we needed. Days after checking out, we saw the host outside while we were searching for a location and the host saw us, checked on us, and went out of his way to help us. Not only is he a great host, he's a great person!

Amber's Happy Place was truly amazing! You are a short distance from Placencia and in an area where you get some privacy and beach access. We originally thought we would want to be in the heart of Placencia but quickly realized that we would not have enjoyed it as much as where Amber's home is located. The inside is decorated in local art and has been tastefully done. All of the natural wood really adds to the place. We had all of the amenities that we needed and the air conditioning was able to keep us cool on those hot days. We did not want to leave! This is a perfect location. Close to local restaurants and accessible to a lot of things to do. Outstanding views and sits right on the beach. Perfect place to watch the beautiful sun rises. We had three couples and this location was an excellent fit. Herbert was an excellent host and had plenty of great recommendations.

Had a great time here! The place is charming and right on the beach. It's not huge but has vaulted ceilings, nice king sized bed and a shower with HOT water and great water pressure which is not always the case in the Caribbean or Central America. Screened in porch overlooks the ocean and protects against the bugs. Perfect accommodations for a solo traveler or a couple. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a bar and restaurant next door. The location is a few miles from the stores and amenities of Palencia so a rental car would be recommended. Colleen Ann is a great host who responds quickly, lives in the area, and can handle any any issues/questions you may have.

We had a great family stay! Very responsive team and great amenities - View is spectacular and super clean. We loved Archie (the local dog team member) as well!!! We utilized the local chef service and they also stocked the fridge with items requested for us for our arrival. Would stay again!

Staying at Villa 13 at Seabird was a dream! The Airbnb looked exactly like the pictures and it felt as if though I was right at home! The host, Johan was very responsive, kind and accommodating! I enjoyed my stay and will be returning in a few months !

Lovely secluded villa, had a fantastic time in belize and this was near the end of our trip giving us some relaxation time

The villa was just what my family needed. It was out of the tourist area and relaxing. The house is equipped with most everything we needed. The place was just as advertised. Great time and a bottom floor bedroom for privacy for my dad. Kitchen is remarkable and beautiful!!

Russelee and Scott were great hosts. We enjoyed the private room and nicely equipped shared space. The pool was amazing, and the Village was a quicker walk than expected. We loved snorkeling right off the beach in the Village. The guest guide book was helpful, ATM tour was out of this world! Lots of fond memories from this trip. Can’t wait to come back!

I was worried by the way it is listed on Airbnb. One place says room in a house. The one bedroom condo I booked with ocean view was on the 2nd floor and a partial view. The deck was spacious and the kitchen, table, and living room very comfortable. I would book this again. It is right on the sidewalk that leads to all the restaurants. safe in the condo, very hot water and good WIFI.

This condo was great! Management was very helpful with assisting us with planning activities and meals. Be aware that the location is a bit away from Placencia village and will require a golf cart or car. We were a bit nervous driving the golf cart after dark, so used a taxi service for dinners. Taxis are a bit expensive. Be aware that there are sandflies on the beach, particularly around sunset, they were a minor annoyance, but be sure to have bug repellant on, when walking the beach, this is an issue all across Belize. This was our homebase for activities in the area, which included a visit to Cockscomb, Ranguana Caye and fishing. (They picked us up and delivered us with a pile of fish at the Cocoplum dock). We enjoyed meals, lounging and drinks on the beach right next door at the Naia resort. I am a photographer and enjoyed the cool mornings on the patio taking photos of beautiful birds right from the patio. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back.

This was our second time staying at these condos. It is located in such a beautiful area, and well worth the price.

Our stay was amazing. The location was convenient to restaurants and activities. Floor to ceiling windows surround you in the primary suite overlooking the crystal clear water. Open the patio doors for a wonderful breeze! The kitchen has beautiful high end appliances and the furnishings are modern and stylish. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lots of flowering plants. We highly recommend you try the Triggerfish.

My daughters and I absolutely loved your place. It was peaceful, quiet and adorable. We were able to walk into the village for coffee, a quick bite or to explore. Caught a sunrise on the palapa and a sunset on the roof. It was magical! Thanks for sharing your space with us!
