This is a great little room. The air conditioner worked great. The host was ver responsive.

Great location for our activities. Close to beach. We loved that.

Very nice place that we easy walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay here and were incredibly impressed with the service as well as the value.

We had a great stay here. The place was as advertised and worked for our family of 5, as the butterfly villa has a futon. Nice to have a kitchen to cook in. It could use a few more amenities, like extra cloths and dish towels, cutting board and it would be great if they had salt and pepper. However, we were able to borrow salt and pepper from our host, and when the stove lighter didn’t work they brought us a new one right away. My kids were able to play with the hosts kids and had a blast. You’re right off the main road close to lots of stores and restaurants and 5 minutes from the marina or the beach. I recommend the Pickled Carrot as a great bar to hang out at. Check in was easy, as even if the office is closed the host lives nearby on the property. Wifi worked pretty good. The balcony was enclosed with big netting, so could easily sit outside in the hammock or chairs at night. I’d happily stay here again

The Red House was perfect for us, myself, wife, and 10 month old son. Close to everything, right in the middle of town. Close to the beach, short walk from the property. A/c ran ice cold in the room. The scened porch was very nice to sit and relax anytime of the day and night. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. They had two large propane grills for the guests to share, perfect. The other guests on the property were friendly. Steve and his wife were very friendly. There was private parking for us. All around very convenient place to stay in Placencia. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Very grateful to Ron for all the support while we stayed, he even popped by with dinner on night one as we arrived after all the local restaurants closed, so sweet. Place is tucked in the middle of everything but still quiet and beach vibe, with privacy. We enjoyed our stay, am grateful for all the help we got from Ron and would recommend indeed. Oh and the fish marinade you made for us to use on our own caught fish to fry up was delicious, thank you again 💯🙏🏽❤️

I stayed for two weeks in one of Janice's rooms, right next to the office. Because I was spending a month in Belize, I went fairly low budget, and my review is based on my expectations of that price range. If you are looking for luxury, you might look somewhere else. If you're looking for a comfortable place with the bare necessities, this place fits the bill. I think next time I will upgrade to one of the beach cabanas. I didn't meet Janice, but Tracy welcomed me as I walked up to the office, and she was always very responsive to any of my needs. Housekeeping always checked with me every morning to see if I needed anything. Everything I needed was within walking distance, and I had a very enjoyable visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Tradewinds to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Placencia.

Tyra who worked the front desk was amazing. The location to the beach and reataurants, bank, market, shops was excellent. Our place was clean and perfect for our stay. Rodney answered all my questions.

Absolutely stunning property right on the ocean front! We could not say enough great things about this stay. This boutique resort has everything for a great beach vacation. It was central to Placencia's restaurants and activities, had its own private beach and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was exactly like the pictures showed and had a great private balcony for watching the sunrise or listening to live music at the Tiki bar. The onsite bar was a great place to socialize and enjoy happy hour and Jolly that runs it made us feel right at home. We even got to meet Craig our last night and thank him for an amazing stay.

Good stay!!! Beautiful beach! Check out is too early at 10 AM had to pay 15$ to check out at noon.

Awesome spot right on the beautiful Placencia strip and beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay, this place was like a dream. They gave us handwritten notes and lit a scented candle for us to come home to a calm refreshing atmosphere each evening after a relaxing day at the beach.

The best location in the village! Right off the sidewalk and literal steps from the beach; Hammocks and beach chairs, literal paradise. Our room was clean and had gorgeous views. The manager Carla was wonderful, as were the rest of the staff- everyone was so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Placencia!

We would totally come back again, and have talked about maybe doing that someday. After being there 11 days and walking up and down the sidewalk I would say this location is pretty ideal. Very close to the pier and not too far from the main road and a few restaurants. The whole staff team were great. So helpful and a pleasure to work with. Everyone helped us with all our questions and needs. The unit and building was very new and clean. And having the splash pool and bar on site were a huge plus. Couldn't have stayed there with out it. We enjoyed the live music and the other guest who stayed. We ran into a few other couples who are returning guest. So that speaks volumes. We never really spoke with Craig directly but saw he was there and keeping things up. We were there on our honeymoon and Ocean Breeze had flowers put in our room on our special day, making us feel special. We liked have connections with excursions and other services that we could book right form the office.

Britany was a great host and we found the location to be perfect for our family. You could stay within 100’ and have a coffee shop, restaurant and the beach. The space felt extremely safe and everyone was friendly. It was so easy to walk around the village and its location makes for easy pickup/dropoff for any tour and boat ride. The interior was nice and had everything we needed. They even brought a grill to the front porch for us to cook our catch. We will be back.

Quiet, centrally located place to explore Placencia

What a great place. cabana opens onto a private walk, steps from the bar, restaurant and pool. we all thought it was perfect. On the world famous sidewalk, on the beach, in the middle of Placencia. it was perfect.

We loved the location. The decor was really nice and it felt clean and comfortable. The pool was great. And the beach just beyond the pool is close and so beautiful

I totally enjoyed the accommodations. The area was beautiful. So much to do it’s close to everything. I will definitely look into coming back.

We had a fantastic stay! Brittany graciously accommodated our late arrival around 10 PM and personally guiding us to our unit. The place was cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located — just steps from the beautiful beach, a charming coffee shop, and an on-site restaurant. It’s also within easy walking distance of several other restaurants, ice cream shops, and souvenir stores. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Loved our stay here! This is a lovely area and the apartment feels luxurious! Fantastic location right on the beach, near a coffee shop and many great restaurants! Stay here! You will love it!
