Around 5min-8min to nearest bus stop by walk. Around 15min to nearest station by walk. Around 2.5km from Disneyland/sea!!! Around 10min to Disneyland by directly bus. Surrounding is so safe and so quiet area.Here is Not busy street and Not industrial area,too.A lot of Japanese live there.
