Condo vacation rentals in Tokyo Bay

We are very happy to have stayed in the department of Akiko! Not only were his instructions clear, the house was shiny but he also gave us several recommendations. It's the perfect apartment and very quiet after a day of a lot of walking to get around the city. We definitely want to go back!

This is an modern apartment with great facilities. Including WiFi, air-conditioning, kitchenette, fridge, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, washlet toilet and ability to dry your clothes in the bathroom. The apartment is spotless and all basic products such as toothbrushes, laundry soap, shampoo and body wash is provided. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and a twin in the other. The apartment is a good size for a Tokyo apartment and would suit up to four guests. The location is in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes from the Oshiage Skytree station. The host is extremely reponsive and let me know when the cleaning was complete so that I could check in earlier. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is new and clean, it's a good advantage There are already convenience stores and cosmetics nearby, which is very convenient It was close to different stations and easy to get to different places

Beihoa's place was fantastic. The location is close to the Yamanote line, but not so close that it is noisy or crowded. There are lots of places to eat, grocery stores and 7-11s(3) in the neighborhood. We also found a Don Quiote near by...which we went to at 2 am thanks to jet lag. Beihao was very quick to respond and offered suggestions if we needed help. The Yamanote line is very easy to navigate and I strongly suggest a Pasmo or Suica card. The condo is located very close to Shinjuku and Shibuya...super fun places to visit. The condo is clean, full of light and big by Japanese standards. I would definitely return here!! Thank you Beihoa for helping to make our visit amazing!!! My son and I fell in love with Japan!❤️

Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁

This place was great! Right next to the beach, nice views, and in a really cute, peaceful area. It’s close to a train station, so wasn’t hard to get our luggage to and the place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Our stay was great . The rental was bigger than expected and super clean . Its about a 12-15 minute walk to the metro station

It was great place near the station. And lots of convenience store near the place. It was on 3rd floor so we had a hard time bringing up our suitcases. All in all, it was a nice experience

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

It was cheap, there was a sea in the back, and pets were great!

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Shibuya! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family. The location is excellent! Just a short walk to Shibuya Station, Shibuya Crossing, shopping malls, convenience stores, and great places to eat. It was easy to get around Tokyo from here. Even though it’s in the heart of the city, the apartment was quiet and restful at night. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. We highly recommend this place to families or groups looking for a convenient, clean, and centrally located stay in Tokyo!

When I entered the room first, I was impressed by the beautiful sea from the window!During my stay, I was able to spend quietly in a stylish room in the red tones of my favorite color.I took pictures and sketches while looking out the window. It was very quiet at night, so I had enough sleep.The next day it was relatively warm, so I had breakfast on the balcony.This was awesome. There was a pine forest in front of the condo and beautiful flowers were in bloom and we walked around with cameras.We had a very precious time.Thank you so much!

All good!The accommodation room is clean and hygienic, fully furnished and very new and easy to use. Convenient for daily living, there are many large supermarkets, convenience stores, drug stores, large Don Quijote stores, Daiso stores, etc. within a 10-minute walk. Transportation is also very convenient, about 6 minutes walk from the subway station. Finally, the host service is very considerate, and there are small gifts, very happy.This is the best B&B I've experienced in over 20 days in Japan.Would recommend to friends coming to Tokyo

The appartment is small but functional. Very well located (not far from the subway station and the environment is great with a big supermarket nearby), but noisy because next to a big road. No problem with cleanliness.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you likely will be one of the few travelers. There is a convenient supermarket as well as the subway 2 mins away. The place was as described and perfect for what I needed. I will warn that the stairs are very steep. I had a carry on suitcase and a backpack, so I was fine with it. However, it is something to note for others I am sure. The host was incredibly response and the given instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay here again.

This was our last stay in Japan and it was amazing! We had a beautiful view of the sky tree from the loft and the beds were really comfortable. The amenities and place itself were just as described. Because it was right outside the major city area, you have to take 1 or 2 train stops, but that also meant a quieter atmosphere for sleeping. We loved it and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sumida!

The apartment was easy to access and had easy to follow instructions on how to access/open the apartment room. The room was extremely comfortable and to commute from. The apartment was also very clean and had all the amenities as promised. For those who just want a nice place to stay, with a nice bathroom with washer/dryer, and extremely close to the station, grocery store, combini, and access to Tokyo’s major metro bank atm’s, highly recommend!! Shoko and the other co-hosts were fast to respond and easy to communicate with! Thank you for hosting, would recommend to others!
