Susanne was extremely helpful all through our stay. She was a great host and the house was equally beautiful. Despite Susanne staying at the property itself, we had our entire privacy. The house is maintained immaculately and we felt right at home. Thanks a lot for such an amazing stay!!

Beautiful Airbnb and super quiet location. The room is nice and warm, not heated outside of it, which did not bother me - even in snow in winter. Christa is super helpful and nice and is always available for questions. It was very nice and comfortable two months and I look forward to coming back!

One of the most cozy and nice airbnbs we have been to. Very beautiful and clean room, house and surroundings. This is truly one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed in. Very well located on the shores of Lake Constance, the train station is very close as well as the boats to go to the other shore. Our large bedroom was comfortable with a private bathroom. The accommodation is elegant, the common living space is well equipped with kitchen, living room, terrace in a charming location with an adjoining park. Sybille was a pleasant, caring host who prepared delicious breakfasts with fresh produce. In short, this beautiful home is a highly recommended wonderful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay at Rita and Heinz's place. The B&B absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, tidy, well maintained and guided with a lot of love. The rooms were quiet, the beds very comfortable and especially the bedding very pleasant. We had very interesting conversations with Heinz and he gave us some great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back next time we are in this region.

Hildegard offered us a place to stay very spontaneously and even surprised us with a dinner. From the first to the last moment of the stay, Hildegard has done everything to make you feel comfortable.... There was nothing missing. Very nice old house with special atmosphere, above the lively Rhine Valley you will find welcome peace here. We'll be happy to come back. Best regards :-)

Claudia's place was great. The room and bathroom were spacious and we were very comfortable. The house is just an 8-10 minute walk from the Appenzell train station and is very easy to get to. Breakfast is prepared by Claudia every morning and is very complete.

The two hosts Beat and Ursula are human, flexible and communicative. I've never had such a great place to stay with a family connection before, so I'm thrilled. Breakfast was natural, organic and sometimes even homemade.

this B&B impresses with attention to detail. The homemade baked goods for breakfast (!), the wide range of homemade marmalades and the various fresh products such as cheese and the meat and sausages from the Glarnerland are outstanding. Even the roasted coffee comes from the area. Susanna was a warm hostess and I would like to recommend this nice B&B! Also the price/performance ratio is great.

Anita and Werner are great hosts. They welcomed me personally and explained everything to me right away. The place is as large and spacious as in the pictures, very bright through the many windows and well heated. The location is extremely quiet and with great views. The bathroom is also large and clean with a bathtub, shower, 2 sinks and toilet. And the highlight was breakfast in the morning... delicious homemade bread with many varieties of cheese, jam and a breakfast egg from happy chickens. And the best of all were Anita and Werner themselves. We talked so well about God and the world at breakfast, time always flew by. The two are nice, warm, communicative and also give valuable tips on the surroundings... I felt well taken care of and like a longtime friend. If I come back to the area, this place is my first choice.

Very lovely stay. The home is in a great central location for hiking, 5 minutes walk to Appenzell train station which will take you to many starting points. The room is very comfortable and Claudia provides everything you need. Having breakfast provided is a great touch, and the dogs are very friendly as well!

Our host Nicole was very friendly, gave us great tips for the area, was always easily accessible and even allowed an earlier check-in for us! The place was very nice and familiar. Breakfast in the kitchen was lovingly prepared and well-equipped. The property is within walking distance of downtown and Winterthur train station. Nice stay, we will be happy to come back! 😊

The view of Lake Constance is great. The location is very good for doing something in the border triangle with St. Gallen and Appenzellerland. The common areas, rooms and bathrooms are very clean and friendly. The service and reception from Irène and Niklaus were extremely friendly. Breakfast was very tasty and is highly recommended. All in all, I had a very nice business-private stay. Thank you.

Spent a lovely few days at Alice’s place. The room was spotless and the bed uber comfortable. Alice was kind and picked me up from the station, nothing was too much trouble. I’d thoroughly recommend a stay!

Surrounding very peaceful as the farm is detached from other property. Although I went in November it had already snowed so everything seemed calm and relaxing. The room is spotless with annex bathroom and living room. I stayed just one nigh but was perfect. The breakfast in the room was super. I had a very good experience. Daniela is a perfect host.

Corinne was very friendly, warm and open to me. Super great hostess. We got along very well and I felt right at home. I was allowed to move freely in the house. Very nice surroundings, right on the lake.

We were greeted by a nice Christian couple providing a spotless room with many amenities. A large, well soundproofed house. A luxury breakfast!!!! 🤩 Thank you both!

Immaculate rooms and fully equipped for a wonderful stay! Very comfortable beds

Sandra and Markus are creative people with a big heart for animals, all of whom want to be cuddled by the visitor. They have three dogs, two cats, four ponies and many pretty spotted chickens. The guest accommodation is in the new extension of their farmhouse, which is at least 200 years old. The wooden annex is simple, but consists of a lower floor with table and sitting area. A staircase leads to the loft, where the bed is located. Because it's an old house, and because there are animals in the house, it's not clinically clean, because animal husbandry smells a little, which animal lovers are used to. The two live with a lot of love for detail without being pedantic, which makes the entire accommodation extremely pleasant. The bathroom and toilet we shared with them were clean. The house half of the guest accommodation is very private (two locks between the house parts). We also used the hot tub in the garden.
