We had an excellent stay. The house is very nice, comfortable and perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to rest. What we liked the most was how well it adapted to our pets: the space is spacious, safe and with enough area for them to run and play freely. Our puppies had an incredible time. Communication with Mr. Gerardo was very good at all times, very kind and helpful. We would definitely go back, we highly recommend it if you travel with dogs and want to spend a few relaxing days without complications.

The stay was very pleasant, good service from Guadalupe and the people who welcomed us and gave us the keys. The house is private, it has an excellent space, my pets had a great time. I would certainly return.

We loved the place, very clean and tidy. Everything is very good, however, I think it's important to indicate that the video game machine has a separate cost. It's very important to bring mosquito repellent because there are many.

Excellent accommodation to spend family time!! From the beginning, Mary was very attentive to us, dispelled all our doubts and was super accessible. The house is beautiful, spacious and super clean in all areas, but especially the beds and towels, which looked freshly washed. Something we really liked is that there was almost no street noise, so we could rest comfortably. The pool is large and the slide made the moment more fun, and it has an awning right next to it where we spent most of the afternoon since it lends itself very well to eating there and listening to music. Special mention to Mrs. Paty who helped us with food preparation and shopping, we really loved her attention and kindness. We'll definitely be back soon

My family and I had a wonderful rest. Oscar was very kind and attentive at all times. The house was spectacular with everything you need to feel at home. The pool was always at a suitable temperature. Everything was clean. Nobody bothered us at all. I would definitely come back and recommend it. 10/10.

A very cozy place, just as described in the listing. The house is small, but the 4 rooms are very useful. The house is in front of the pool, so it has a very nice view to supervise the children. The water in the pool is cold. There is a small table in the house, but if a large group goes it is not enough, I rented a separate table and with that we were more comfortable.

It's easy to get to the house, it's spacious, clean and beautiful. The area is very quiet. The pool is very large and the jacuzzi is great, despite the weather conditions we were able to enjoy everything. The host is attentive and kind at all times. Highly recommended for rest and relaxation.

Our stay was incredible, the house was very clean and the pool was always super nice. In addition, there are water guns and it's a lot of fun, 100% family atmosphere, I took my 91-year-old grandmother and she even got into the pool because of the comforts and the type of pool with stairs to different levels and a bedroom on the ground floor, communication, 100%, all the kitchen utensils, the host was very attentive from the beginning before booking. An excellent option to go with the family, very nice and well maintained, lots of amenities for children and everything is excellently maintained. Impeccable cleanliness, not a single animal in the rooms incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The pool and heating were excellent, it was always warm. They were always attentive to my questions and the pet we brought also had an amazing time. We'll be happy to return, it's a great private paradise.

Guillermo's house is a combination of design, architecture and functionality. It is built on one floor, which favors the coexistence of older adults. It has everything you need to spend a comfortable and pleasant stay (board games, large garden, large pool, ping pong table, etc.) It's just like the photos of the publication. The subdivision is large and has everything so you don't have to go out to the village (mini supermarket, restaurants, ice cream, cafes, ATM, etc.) Guillermo is attentive to exactly what you need, he answers any questions you have in seconds Luciano, the man who takes care of the house, is very friendly and helps you with everything you need, mainly to turn on the boiler Guillermo's house will definitely be among our options every time we go to Cocoyoc

Everything is very good, cozy and very quiet neighborhood.

We loved the house, unfortunately it rained for two days but other than that the stay was great. The pool temperature was incredible, a very large garden that my dog enjoyed a lot.

Rogelio is a good host, he is super clear and friendly. He was always available for any questions we had and was very helpful. The house is very nice, comfortable, and has the necessary amenities described. Mr. José and his wife were very kind and clearly explained everything to me and my family. Alberto was always attentive and in communication with us from the time the house was booked until the time of our departure, always with clear and precise instructions. The house is comfortable and as shown in the listing, the pool with a nice temperature to enjoy it and we thought the privacy of the patio was excellent since the houses on the sides can't be seen when you're in the pool chatting. It was easy to get to the house and the subdivision is large, nice and safe.
