The house is super practical and has everything you need for a few days of rest, tourism or fun. I travel with two people in wheelchairs, everything is on the same level, minus the terrace where there is a small step. Vanesa and Andrés (service staff) were VERY attentive and made that in our stay nothing was missing and we were very comfortable. Thank you Lucia, your home is a luxury!

Diana was always attentive. We were greeted and explained everything the house had. The pool is very large and clean. It is a very friendly place for puppies and rest. The pristine bathrooms. We only had the issue of regulating the water for showering. But everything else, it was excellent. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Fantastic Stay! We highly reccommend that you check yourself into this wonderful Hacienda and let the magic that is Tepoztlan make memories of a lifetime! Nacho the caretaker as well as Paula who comes to do the housekeeping are very special people, we feel lucky to have had the oportunity to shared time with them both!

Margarita is an extremely nice person and very attentive, at all times, it was on the lookout for our stay, the pool is very good in size and its garden is very nice, we really enjoyed the accommodation.

Everything was perfect, the house was very quiet. Mr. Jesus was very kind, he went to clean on the second day because there was garbage in the pool... he wanted to make sure it wasn't dirty to use it... thank you for everything!

The accommodation is nice, quiet, somewhat far from downtown but you can get there easily, buy everything before you arrive because there are not many stores nearby, if you have a car then there is not so much problem, but if you go on foot you have to plan everything, it is not an independent entrance since someone will be opening the main access door to the complex for you, if you plan to go out at night you have to take that into account, bring your plates and glasses since there are very few or just cups, the refrigerator that I had did not cool anything, the fan did not work, a mop is needed because the refrigerator did not cool down and the ice thawed and there was no mop, but in general we had a good time

Evelyn's home is really cozy and makes you feel at home, additionally, it has multiple amenities such as movie room, pool table, pool, jacuzzi and a very spacious garden Perfect for relaxing and living as a family. I would stay at her place again a thousand more times.

The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy, and as shown in the photos. It has a terrace with a nice view of the sunset. The whole complex is very nice, quiet and they have a cafeteria where they are very friendly and have good food. Jessica is very attentive to what we need, very friendly and with many nice touches. I highly recommend this place.

The location is also perfect, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of interest. We really enjoyed the terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable, which allowed us to rest. This chalet is a beautiful one. Very comfortable beds, the bathroom is spacious and the terrace is excellent. The space to leave the vehicles was great. The area is quite quiet and enjoyable which was very pleasant. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and treated us with courtesy. We'll probably be back soon!

We spent a week at Martin's place and really enjoyed it! Undoubtedly the best place for our pets, they loved the garden.
