A fabulous place to stay to explore Teotihuacan. David and his family are incredibly helpful and they live on a beautiful property with a beautiful garden. We particularly recommend the guided tour with his sister to Teotihuacan. Antonieta knows her way around and can explain every tiny detail of Teotihuacan. Thanks!

The place is very nice, its location is great as it is a few blocks from the square and the church, there are grocery store next door and several places where they sell ready-made food. Neighbors are very friendly. On Sunday she puts a heart with a variety of products. The area is quiet. And Sonia is always attentive to any situation. Everything was very nice!!

Of the 8 places we’ve stayed in Mexico, this one was our favorite. The villa is even better than the photos. The host is very responsive via Whats App. There is 24/7 security and we felt very safe. We drove ourselves and easily parked right outside the entrance. It’s a quick, easy drive to the pyramids and hot air balloons. The beds were comfortable for us, soft but supportive. The kids loved being able to swim and watch a movie (Disney, Netflix) from the pool and seating area. We ordered food via Whats App and the hotel delivered it right to our room. The hanging tree lights and fire ambiance was perfect. It was very private and though there were lots of guests staying at the hotel we couldn’t hear any noise. Lots of water bottles, towels etc provided. A perfect stay.

The house is well located, very spacious and comfortable. It has a place to park a vehicle, which was a plus. The house is cool and has air conditioning, however we had difficulty turning on the air conditioning. Hot water comes out of the shower, although it's a bit difficult to regulate it. Overall a very good experience, the house is well equipped.

A very nice place. The view is beautiful. A super clean place. The host is super friendly and very nice. Easy accessibility, they sent us directions and everything was quite clear. Very close to Real del Monte approx. About 10 minutes by car, the road is in good condition, it's just a little piece of the terrace, but you can have a perfect time!!! The description corresponds to what it says, without a problem I would visit it again ❣️

Brenda was an amazing host and the whole team who help her was also very supportive and great. Really nice people with a tons of motive to help. The location is a peaceful and comfortable to reach restaurants or the center and market not far either. Really comfortable stay for up to 6 people in 3 rooms. The building is spacious and comfortable with a washing machine and big kitchen. The living room with the sofa is also very convenient. Highly recommended to stay if you visiting the area or heading to pyramids too.

Linda is a very friendly host, she was always attentive to make us feel at home. There was a small mishap (our mistake) which she solved quickly, a quality that speaks volumes about her and her constant commitment to providing her guests with a pleasant and comfortable stay.
