Everything is very good, we liked everything, no complaints. The people who helped us at the cabin are very warm people. My recommendation is to preserve the place without so many cabins to avoid the destruction of the forests with pollution.

The house is very nice, very spacious and very conveniently located, super easy to get to. The house is huge, with a beautiful garden, the bathroom is super functional, the beds are super comfortable and the trampoline was the best for my girl, Raúl was always attentive and very kind, he gave us important info to get around the city, he is very nice and his house met our expectations.

The house is quite nice, you have a supermarket, restaurants and shops nearby, you have everything 10/15 minutes away by car, quick to get to, good location, very comfortable, the mattresses are excellent, very comfortable and it has many amenities to have fun with family or friends

Guille's house feels like your own, if you're traveling with pets it's the best in Orizaba! It is written by someone who took a long time looking for a place for their comfort, because the accommodations said they accepted pets but with many rules, some absurd, when they are supposedly pet friendly. She was always attentive to us and, the plus, is that we asked her for information about our pets while we were not at home and, kindly, she informed us what she saw through the cameras. Something you need to know is that you don't need air conditioning in Orizaba in April, as it's a cool place. I would definitely go back to that house as many times as we need. Her aunt lives next door and is just as kind. This is a PET-FRIENDLY and FAMILY-FRIENDLY accommodation!

The stay was comfortable and very pleasant, the apartment is as shown in the photos and easily accessible. We had a problem with the coffee maker and Abril solved it right away, she was attentive, flexible and was always available for us. The place is comfortable, nice and in a very quiet area. I highly recommend it:)

Beautiful house, spacious with a beautiful garden, a spectacular view towards the ravine and the soothing and harmonious sound of the river at the bottom of the hillside. Beautiful facilities to enjoy as a family. If you like to appreciate nature, disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, de-stress, wake up to birdsong and breathe fresh air, this place is ideal. Yvonne and her husband are very friendly and helpful. Flexible with the schedule, they gave us recommendations and wrote clear instructions on how to get there since it is 2 km from the town and there is a part of dirt road and on the sides a plantation of bananas and coffee where we took very cool photographs. I recommend arriving by day.

Our stay was excellent The stay exceeded our expectations: it was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and in an ideal location. Mr. Julio Cesar was incredibly attentive and quick to answer any queries, which made us feel very welcome. the quiet stay really made a difference, I felt at home. We would definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable experience

The place is beautiful and totally worth it, the attention is magnificent, only the access path is complicated, we thought to know the area but before the difficulty we decided not to go out and the truth that we enjoyed it enormously, without hesitation even with the difficulty of entering we will return; when the provisions were finished we walked to the town without a problem enjoying the view and that feeling of going without haste.
