Мы очень рады, что поселились в квартире у Alex. Все было чисто, квартира удобно расположена совсем близко с центром города. Есть 2 балкона. В каждой спальне были кондиционеры, что спасало нас в жару. Хороший и предупредительный хозяин. Встретил нас на вокзале, довез до дома и помог занести вещи на 6 этаж, что избавило нас от логистических проблем. А при выезде разрешил оставить вещи до вечера. Благодаря этому мы получили возможность еще раз искупаться в море и погулять по городу, за что ему отдельное спасибо! В целом, нам понравилось жилье Алекса и мы будем рады приехать сюда еще раз.

Очень хороший вариант размещения для семьи. Красивый вид на море и дворец Романовых, до которого можно дойти пешком. Домик найти не просто, ни на одной карте нет дороги к дому, но хозяин все расскажет по телефону.

Квартира очень красивая! В реале она мне кажется ещё красивее, чем на фото. Помню я увидела её, показала мужу и сказала, что хочу только её. И мы не ошиблись. Мы любовались, стильная, со вкусом, просторная для 2 взрослых и 2 детей. Потрясающие рассветы и солнышко в первой половине дня. Ноябрь в Батуми был прохладным и штормило часто, но квартира была очень теплая благодаря системе газового отопления. Обеденная зона с боковым видом на море, я раздвигала шторы, чтобы наслаждаться завтраком и видом. Мягкий уголок у окна в спальне, меня просто покорил. Это было моё любимое место в квартире с видом на горы, где я работала расположившись со штативом. Очень удобные кровати. Близко к старому центру, new Batumi, Carrefour. Мы начитались про Orbi и очереди у лифта и намеренно искали дом только не в Orbi. Здесь всё просто супер хотя всего 2 лифта, соседей не слышно вообще. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Лейла решала все наши вопросы: привезла чмстое белье, две новые сковородки, виорлй ключ

Truly a marvellous place to stay to relax and recharge your batteries! The nature is unique, surrounded by the mountains and by the river bank, which helps you to come in peace with a nature. Ela and Tengo are wonderful people which are more than happy to assist you at your request: serve you a georgian national cuisine, home made wine and chacha, barbeque or prepare a sauna. There is also a beach and space to chill out by the river. The house was tidy and freshly furnitured. I definitely recommend Ela's place if you seek for a remarkable experience.

Хорошая уютная и большая студия за приемлемую цену. Жила здесь больше месяца и чувствовала себя как дома! С балкона видно море и немного город, что радовало глаз :) (не только одно здание напротив) Никто не беспокоил. Спасибо Стелле, что встретила при заселении и при необходимости решала все проблемы. Батуми - one love❤️

Потрясающая студия. Великолепный вид на море и горы. Из балкона видны поющие фонтаны. Рядом батумская набережная для прогулок и несколько продуктовых магазинов и кафе. Удобная большая кровать. Вся мебель и ремонт новые. Есть дополнительное кресло кровать для третьего, стол и кресла-стулья, кухня, варочная поверхность , новая посуда и небольшой холодильник. Просторный душ. Отзывчивый собственник Александр. Жили месяц, была уборка. Нам все понравилось. Рекомендую.

Хорошая квартира в центре Батуми, рядом парк, до моря и достопримечательностей Батуми 15 минут. Рядом много кафе и магазинов, на первом этаже дома кулинария. Отдельно хочу отметить супер удобный матрас для сна! А так же то, как быстро хозяева отвечают на сообщения и решают любые возникающие вопросы.

The apartment is very nice and modern. Location is good, attractions within walking distance, supermarkets and restaurants close by. Beds were comfortable, a lot of cupboards, also nice kitchen and bathroom. Two small bothersome things: half eaten food left over by former tenants was in the fridge and under the sink, and there was no toilet paper. When we asked for some, we were told to buy it ourselves (it's on the amenities list). Still, we definitely recommend the flat, we enjoyed it.

Ev çok temiz düzenli ferahtı bu ev ile alakalı bir problem değil ancak Orbi city içerisinde çok fazla daire var ve dairelerde çok fazla Arap turist mevcut konaklamamız sırasında gece balkonlara çıkıp hep bir ağızdan bağırmaya başladılar. 2 saat boyunca bu devam etti kimse de bu arkadaşları durdurmadı gece 1 de bağırmaya başladılar 3 e kadar aralıksız bağırdılar, 6:30 da hala tek tük bağırma sesleri vardı. Ev sahibi ve ev mükemmel bu sitede tutulabilecek en güzel yer ancak site tercih edilmeyebilir.

Шикарный вид с балкона! Апартаменты чистые и уютные, есть всё для проживания и отдыха. Прекрасная шумоизоляция от соседних номеров (соседей с собакой ни разу не слышали, а только видели :) ) Удобное расположение рядом с набережной и самыми красивыми достопримечательностями.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.
