Our Family (2 Adults, 2 Children 5y & 3Y) had a fantastic stay. The location was quiet and close enough to everything. Beautiful Walking track 2 mins from the front door which feels very distant from the city location. The Pool, which is the perfect size for the property, is great for the kids and deep enough for adults to soak in, it also feels very safe with the fencing. The kid's rooms are perfect for children up to their teenage years and the master bedroom is comfortable and has a good view of the backyard (Tramp and Pool), allowing you to relax from inside and watch kids outside. Off-street parking is covered and easy to access and the living area and kitchen are all nice and family friendly. Thanks again for hosting us and we look forward to returning one day.

We were in Riverhead for a family wedding. The location and facilities were spot on. Traveling to the event centre was easy and didn't take too long. The House and gardens gave a peaceful and welcoming vibe. Thank you for sharing it with us.

We had a three night stay at Malina's house and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect and within 5 min walk to the main Mission Bay bars and restaurants. Malina and Rod were both highly responsive and provided suggestions and also helped rescue us by lending us two international adapters for our devices. The house is beautiful and as shown in the photos. Modern and clean and the standout has to be the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Our kids spent every afternoon in the pool area and loved it all. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Mission Bay area.

I had a wonderful stay at Sam’s place! The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. Sam was a good host: friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, offering helpful local tips and making sure everything went smoothly. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel like home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland.

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

Great weekend escape with pool and indoor outdoor flow to enjoy the sunshine and chill space later with the easy outdoor gas fire. Modern kitchen made for easy self catering but also close and walkable to great restaurants and coffee spots. Having an ensuite for each bedroom always a win. Comfortable and ample space for all.

We were surprised how peaceful the property was, considering we were in Auckland, coming from a rural home it was nice and relaxing, just sitting around enjoying what the property had to offer. Grant was exceptionally proactive and professional with his communication and we felt comfortable if we had any questions, queries or concerns we could rea h out without any bother. Overall great place to meet up with family and lived ones for a get away.

The property is absolutely stunning as is the view. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Very peaceful and quiet, would love to stay there again.

Beautiful, a home away from home. Sanctuary to relax and unwind. surrounded by nature (forestry), immersed in bird sounds and the rustling of leaves. Few times a plane had flown by and was exciting for us. Dom was very responsive if we needed to make contact. The place was neat and tidy. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend to others looking for somewhere peaceful to stay.

Great accommodation. We had a sports team of ten players stay across two of the three units on this site. Beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities great and just a 15 minute drive from our venue (Bruce Pulman). All in all an excellent stay.

We have had the misfortune of having stayed in 6 different airbnbs in Auckland so far and Elaine's airbnb was the nicest! This airbnb was luxurious compared to others we've stayed at. It was very quiet and the 3 different floors were very nice and great, especially for my husband who had to work. It's a great location for shopping. You can walk to the mall. There are lots of Asian restaurants nearby. And the local playground is amazing!

A stylish and high-quality 2br with great kitchen, comfy beds, piano, and full of home comforts. Quiet location with off-street parking. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Was a great stay. Easy check in and great instructions.There was no TV, uncomfortable couch, no tea towels and we couldn’t cook there but otherwise a lovely place

Awesome location, restaurants, cafes, parks, bus/train and supermarkets nearby. Lovely and private house, clean and felt very relaxed. Communication with host was excellent and they were proactive in checking on us, gave us a later check out as our flight was late and it was much appreciated :) Thank you. Would stay again !

What a gem. This is by far the best AirBnB experience we have had. It is like staying in a five star hotel but in a secluded, beautiful part of the world. The house is stunning and the location is amazing. Our first day had a bit of rain and it was so nice being able to relax in the incredible space that Nikau Estate provides. The rest of the stay had perfect weather and we made use of the pool and outdoor areas. The communication was terrific and the whole experience was 5 star. We had our 2 kids and their spouses and a newborn. The house was perfect and we had bedrooms to spare. We stay in alot of top hotels and we had honestly burnt out a bit on holiday rentals due mainly to overly "optimistic" photos, and onerous departure/cleaning requirements. Well not so with Nikau Estates. Very simple cleanup for the kitchen and an incredibly high standard of property. We will definitely be back and we thoroughly recommend.

If you want a restful quiet break - this is the place. We walked to the beach, walked all around, saw gannets wheeling in the sky, heard ruru at night. No internet, no cellphone service: bliss. Hot strong showers, comfortable beds, peace and quiet. We played backgammon and had a fire in the wood burner. Tranquility! Recommended.

We loved our stay - definitely my favourite Airbnb of all time! We felt at home from the moment we arrived - the house is so well equipped and really spacious. It's in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, but close to everything you could possibly need - including beautiful Long Bay beach. Naomi was an excellent host, so helpful and responsive :) Thank you!

Wir haben uns bei Cole sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, sehr ruhig und man war aber auch sehr schnell in Downtown Auckland. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben vor allem der Außenbereich war traumhaft schön mit einem Kamin auf der Terrasse und einem Jacuzzi. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und die Gastfreundschaft.

Well appointed home, located a short walk to the beach in one direction and the quaint Howick Village in the other. Well hosted and clean. large space for for pets too.

We were there for a local basketball tournament for our young boys. Great place to stay for a few families. Spacious, plenty to keep us all occupied. Clean/tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, comfortable stay with plenty of room. We were a bit unsure at first because the owners live in the rear part of the house but we had all the privacy we needed, no issues and very thoughtful hosts. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Liz's place is a jewel. Super nice and quiet area, with a small park to go running at walking distance and very close to a bus station. We had an amazing time cooking and spending time in the kitchen and back yard. Liz is super friendly and would recommend her to anyone. The house is easy to find and the instructions are very clear. Perfect little weekend getaway for my husband and toddler(2). The house was a great size and we thoroughly enjoyed the indoor fire with the cold rain outside! We visited nearby Crystal Mountain & Kiwi Valley- great places for the kids.

Absolutely beautiful house for our NZ visit. Plenty of space for us with an amazing outdoor relaxation area. Kitchen was well stocked and the place instantly felt like a home. Highly recommend!!
