The cottage is located in a smaller cottage area in the middle of Dalsland with proximity to both forest and lake. 80 meters from the cottage is located in Ivejjön with nice swimming and fishing opportunities. Proximity to the adventure center Dalslandsactivites with the restaurant Stenebygytan and Åmåls Skicenter. The host has an additional corresponding cottage next door for 6 more guests. The cabins are booked separately. The cottage has front and back porch.

B&B in Lillstuga on a farm near forest and lake.

Lillstugan is located on a farm where there are cows, chickens, cats and dogs. The beds are made and there is breakfast in the fridge when you arrive. Lillstugan has 3 beds on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stove with oven and wood stove. TV room with sofa. Small patio with garden furniture and grill. Balcony with seating. There are roads and trails in the forest where you can walk or bike. It is 300 meters to a private beach with a jetty.

Here you live in spacious (75 m2) apartment in converted barn with all amenities, fireplace and patio with lake view. Just 300 meters to Kabbosjön with beach and jetties. The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.

Enjoy the beautiful nature, become one with the surroundings around this soothing little pond, Lomtjärn, in our small forest. This is a place to just be, enjoy the silence and the bustling bird life and the fresh air. Here there are great opportunities to see the forest animals and birds. Primus camping kitchen. Spacious outhouse with washbasin basin. Solar lighting, mobile coverage, no Wi-Fi. Cleaning is included.
