Perfect tranquil spot in nature. Stunning. Well equipped house, gorgeous outdoor space and garden - olive groves, beach, jetty, eating area. Close to a sandy beach if that’s your thing. The road from Tkon to the house is paved which is great. Stock up in Tkon with food and supplies - recommend cooking fresh local fish on the grill. Mmmmm!

We were warmly welcomed and given an extensive briefing. The location to the beach was perfect, it was just under a 2-minute walk. Really great location. The bay invites you to use a standup paddle. We were able to use our sup perfectly. The apartment was very clean and we always got an answer to questions in no time. Parking in the yard was also no problem at all. We will be back, thank you and greetings to the whole family !

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped. The pool is beautifully clean. The owners are great, they are always happy to give advice and take care of you. They also brought us fruit and games for children. Accommodation is located in nature, where your neighbors will be only sheep and animals. if you want to take a break from people, this is the right choice. The sea is not dry, you need a car. We were on a different beach every day, it suited us so well. We recommend Lumbrak beach. Thanks again :)

We had a great time! The apartment is few minutes walk from the local beach and the supermarket. There are plenty of bakeries and restaurants near by with delicious seafood and pastry. The place was clean and peaceful with a big beautiful garden. Arso was polite and helpful, he also offered us grapes from the garden. Murter is such a wonderful island, will definitely come back!

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Great location , close to the sea, sitting on the terrace in the shade of Oleander, we heard a splash of water. Charming, cozy , well-equipped, and ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly, helpful , got us parking - a fee of 60 euros for 2 weeks. Quiet , various restaurants invite you to visit. Shops close to home. We were with 4 people and these 2 weeks passed in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were sad to leave. Even the bells from the nearby church stopped bothering us. We'd love to go back.

We had an amazing stay at Marin’s place! The house was clean, nice spot the terrace for the sunset, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. What it really made our stay special was the wonderful neighbor, who treated us like old friends. We had a nice short time with her, sharing grapes and figs, She truly was the icing on the cake!

Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

Staying with my family four days at the apartment, it is complete with everything comfortable in a central location where you can walk to the beach and restaurants in a few minutes. At 20 meters there is a market and a pharmacy. Having a one-year-old we used the swimming pool shared with other guests a lot, my son was looking forward to swimming. In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the center of Zadar, it is always a 10-minute drive to Zadar airport. Great value for money, Ana was always available and did not miss anything. We also met Ana's mother, a beautiful and always smiling lady. I recommend to all

It was the most incredible stay we've ever had. My family and I had a wonderful time, enjoying both the peaceful surroundings, the beautiful house and the exceptional service from Vladimir's father. Such special, wonderful people! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the coming years with our new family member, Mia, the bravest cat in the world from Čista Mala.

Nice apartment at a stone's throw from the marine (and a short walk to the beach). Various nice restaurants nearby, including some great places for sunset dinners!

An amazing location. Initially, the place felt a little rustic , although that ended up as a real charm... And the slight lack of some modern facilities ultimately proved irrelevant considering how much we fell in love with the place - the peace (no neighbours for miles!), the pool(s), and the other great outdoor facilities (incl. a boules/petanque alley, BBQ, table tennis). My daughter also loved keeping an eye on the chickens and was heartbroken to leave! Thanks again also Marta to promptly answering our every question...

Maija is a very nice lady, with her super hospitable doggies. The house is located in a quiet and nice area which is not far from town, rooms are cozy and comfortable,

The place was exactly as described, is very quiet and yet you can walk to the beach and the harbor. Small supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. Slavko and his wife are fantastic hosts! We were greeted with homemade cake as well as a delicious schnapps and homemade bread, salami, bacon and co. All guests were invited to a joint lunch, which Slavko's wife had cooked. It was super delicious! We also highly recommend the boat trip with Slavko. We totally enjoyed it. Overall, we can recommend the apartment without reservation. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book again!!!

Davor is a great host and staying in the house was great. The side amenities (tennis, pool, ping pong and other) made the stay interesting. The ambiance in the pine forest is stimulating to recharge your batteries. Great!

Lovely location with instant access to the ocean, functional space perfect for accessing the festival site at the Garden Tisno. Hosts were helpful and friendly whilst also respecting your privacy, decent value for money.

We booked this house for one night before our departure because it is close to Zadar Airport. The house is spacious, clean and located close to a port and beach. It has only one air conditioning, not enough for the whole house, it is cool in the kitchen living room, warm in the bedrooms. The house is also close to a soccer stadium and a carnival (mid-July anyway) and our night was extremely noisy, difficult to sleep.

Had a nice time, beautiful view of the sea. Quiet water Paddleboarding was very nice. Cottage completely fine !!!

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The house is wonderfully spacious, which made us feel relaxed right away. The house is in real life better than the pictures show! The location is absolutely 10/10, with everything we needed within easy reach. The short distance to The Garden was a real bonus for us, allowing us to easily enjoy the surroundings every day. A special thank you to the host for the lovely bottle of wine that was waiting for us upon arrival—such a warm welcome made our stay extra special. We and our 2 dogs had a wonderful, relaxing time in this extraordinary cottage. It is very clean and comfortable and lovingly furnished. It has everything you need, including air conditioning and fly screens on the doors and windows. The garden is closed off from the outside by a surrounding wall and it is extremely quiet here. All cities and towns can be reached in less than an hour. Ksenija provided us with information about events and restaurants in the area. She was always available to answer questions. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. Jezera is a beautiful town with sea swimming in the warm, clear water, lovely cafes and restaurants and a supermarket. The walk from Jezera to Tisno along the coast is stunning. An especially thoughtful and useful touch was the parking permit that was provided for our hire car that made everything easy. We’d love to come back when we’re next visiting the area.

Very good accommodation to visit Sibenik and its surroundings. 15 minutes to the city center and also 5 minutes to the beach. It was very nice with the heat. The accommodation is well equipped and comfortable. Very welcoming Branka.
