Two adults and two children can stay at this accommodation. This accommodation is close to Lugnet, a 10-minute walk, a 20-minute walk to the hospital, a 20-minute walk to the city center and a 5-minute walk to the nearest grocery store. Vasagatan 36 is within walking distance of Falu central train station, Falu hospital and Lugnet. It is also close to the hostel Falu Prison if you are a larger group and some of you are staying there. Parking is available in the yard. The apartment is about 90 sqm and has 2 spacious bedrooms and a combined larger living room and dining room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. In one bedroom there are 2 beds. In the second bedroom, there are 4 beds. Heating and electricity are included.

Welcome to our charming villa with a secluded courtyard, located in Falun's historic mining district. A short, pleasant walk along the Faluån river takes you to the city center. Close to the copper mine, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. 3 km from Lugnet. Fully equipped home, even with an electric car charger. The villa has some older wallpaper and furniture and is suitable for those who like to stay in a house with character. Cleaning is included, but bed linens/towels can be rented for SEK 150/person. Unique accommodation only 10 minutes walk to the city center. Newly renovated cottage with new bathroom. The house is located on one of the many cultural-historically valuable farms in the old town of Östanfors in Falun. 2 km to Lugnet (9 minutes by car). 50 meters to water with the possibility of swimming and next door is the cozy park Kålgården. There is a sandy beach (not official swimming area), large playground, beach volleyball court, barbecue area, tables, benches, mini golf, boule court, outdoor gym and large dog yard.

The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Guests bring their own bedclothes. The guest cleans themselves so that the room is left in the condition that was in upon arrival. No smoking in the accommodation or on the property. The room is a bit noisy.
