We weren’t able to stay on Michael’s place because 2GO has denied our boat trip but we appreciate Michael and his team for granting us a refund. I really recommend Michael and his place especially if you want to stay near sm seaside and nustar. They are accommodating and very understanding.

We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The place overall is perfect. Everything is so perfect for me. Siguro kuwang lng jud nmo is private car or motor para maka lakaw sa laen na destination na duol. Though naay jeepneys, but the place is all worth the pay. The pool is awesomeeee together with the view gyud sa gabie. Will book again soon 🧡

I stayed at Jane's place for three months while working in Cebu City, and it was my second time here, I didn’t think twice about coming back. Jane is a fantastic, responsive host, though I hardly needed to reach out since everything went smoothly. The building is welcoming, with great amenities: a small shop downstairs, a filtered water dispenser for easy refills, a laundromat, and a pool with a study area that was perfect for working from home. The community feel really stands out compared to other condos I have stayed in before...it's a smaller building, so over time you get to know the friendly staff and neighbors. The unit itself is well-equipped with AC, a large fridge, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a lovely view of the hills. It’s also in a great location..less than a 10-minute walk to IT Park and close to some excellent cafes and canteen. Traffic on Salinas Dr can be heavy, but the building sits on a quiet side road, making it peaceful despite the central location.

This was our second stay, and it’s clear why we keep coming back. The space is spotless and peaceful, but it’s Philip’s thoughtful hospitality that really stands out. Every detail is carefully considered with warmth and care. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place to truly relax and feel at home 🥰

I would definitely recommend Romeo’s place for those visiting Cebu city. The condo unit is very clean. Me and my family enjoyed staying there especially on the third day of our stay, it was raining and we decided not to go out but we still enjoyed the place feeling cozy and warm while watching Netflix. We just ordered food thru Grabfood. His place is about 10-minute walk away from Ayala Center Cebu. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. Romeo is very approachable and easy to deal with. We had an amazing stay at Ms Vianca’s unit. She is friendly and responsive, making sure our queries are addressed. The location is perfect, conveniently situated near SM seaside and Ocean Park. The place is also clean and comfortable and very cozy. It was a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend:)

place was beautiful and aesthetic, fave part was the big clean mirror, water pressure can be better, everything was provided, ac was cool, entire stay was relaxing. host was veryy accommodating and responsive. highly recommend!

The place felt like home. Had everything you need. Me and my Fiancé enjoyed our stay there. We had no issues with anything. Checking in was easy with the instructions given to us. Host was responsive and really nice when asked about anything. We definitely will book this place again in the near future. We also recommend to any other traveler this place to stay at during their visit in Cebu.

The transient house was good as the location is very strategic especially to the places where we intended to visit. The host is very generous and instantly responds to our concerns. When we ran out of drinking water, he immediately sent another gallon for us to consume. We felt really at home in his place and we got our money's worth.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful time at Elizabeth’s unit. The communication with the host was smooth and the check-in process hassle-free. The interior was clean and comfortable and the location was also perfect for our purposes with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning there in the future.

First and for most, i would like to thank the Host for being a very considerate host. Giving us clear instructions. Tho the wifi was not giving (due to techinical error) hopefully it will be repaired, but for us it was okay as long as we have an accomodation to stay with. Overall, it was nice stay and very accomodating! 5/5

Great Host

We stayed at Julie's place as a family of 7 and the place was perfect for our stay in Cebu. We particularly liked the shops for the convenience of being able to pop downstairs for something to eat. Having the pools was fantastic for the kids in the hot afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Julie:)

Not bad

we stayed at Tony's place for a long period of time and it was well worth it. Easy to find once you arrive. A good location if one wants to go on an excursion due to the transporthub nearby at Ayala mall. Tony's apartment is modern, clean, has all the comforts that a home needs. And upon contacting Tony, he is quick to reply, presenting himself to help you with instructions, information and etc The staff present at the building complex are very friendly and helpful. All in all, we highly recommend Tony's place and we will definitely come back again!!
