It was a very quiet stay. The apartment is the same as the photos that have been shared, totally clean and fragrant. The supermarket is next door, making it much easier if you need something quickly. In addition, it is a quiet condominium and in a quiet neighborhood. Anderson responded very quickly when I needed instructions. So when I return to the city, I would like to stay in the same place.

The place is great, close to the Centre and very cozy. Matheus was very attentive and helpful, answering our questions promptly. We only have to thank you.

Extremely clean and smelling apto, close to bakery, supermarket, butcher shop, restaurants and church, a 10-minute walk to the historic center and the train station, a gym with a comfortable structure. We leave the car parked in front of the building with no problem. Nice was very helpful with several helpful recommendations, we found the flawless apt at the check in, sure it will be my choice in a new visit to São João Del Rei.

Comfortable room, good gym because it's a building's gym. The strong point is the host who was super attentive. It is necessary to walk a little to get to the sights or to a bus stop, something common for historic cities.

Edmilson's space is very cozy and is located in a quiet district of São João del Rei. From the beginning, the host was proactive in answering all questions and even anticipated the check-in time a little. I believe the only thing that needs to be checked is the stove, as some burners had problems.
