Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. La propriété dispose d'un superbe lac privé avec quai, kayaks, paddleboard et un radeau/ilôt flottant au milieu. Des sentiers entourent le lac, idéal pour ski de fond, raquette, hiking.

Chalet on the banks of the Saint-Maurice River, admire the river through its large windows, located on a private estate of 130 hectares, warm comfort, wood stove in the open area, heated floors, 2 heat pumps, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 4 very comfortable beds and in the basement, table games and a TV with several DVDs. On the estate there are several activities, go see the alpacas, horses, access to a private beach, 5 km trail, 2 waterfalls and a cascade etc.
