Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Gelegen im malerischen Großefehn, direkt am Kanal, erwartet dich ein authentisches Fehnhaus mit allem Komfort. Die Landschaft kann perfekt mit dem Rad erkundet werden, aber auch die Küste, ein Ausflug auf die ostfriesischen Inseln, verschiedene Städte und sogar ein Abstecher in die Niederlande sind von hier aus bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

We offer this special and comfortably furnished upper floor apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023. Ideal for two people, without children, without animals. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, hairdryer, shower and shampoo, and the kitchen even with a dishwasher. The infrared sauna offers pure relaxation. Within walking distance is a small forest with a pond, or you can hop on your bike / rental bike and discover the surroundings! Shopping is 1.5 km away.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden
