This was my first airbnb experience and I'm delighted. Márcio is very kind, flexible and guides us in order to anticipate everything that is necessary for a great stay. The house is wonderful, it accommodated very well my guests, we were in 18 people. Guaranteed fun, but if you want rest, it's also an amazing place. We'll be back soon for sure, just gratitude.

Flávia is an excellent hostess, clarified all questions and provided all the tips and information requested. The house is comfortable, spacious and airy. It has all equipment and utensils for cooking. Location is great, the place is calm and well maintained. Good to rest and have a good family time. I suggest the host further detail what the house offers, surely would have more demand and avoid questioning. I am immensely grateful for the receptivity.

A wonderful place, the view is beautiful, a very pleasant environment, the house is a little far from the city and has almost no cell phone signal, but I highly recommend it. The hosts were super attentive and well-educated, I will definitely be back as soon as possible.

It was very good to stay at Erika's place. Spacious , comfortable and soft beds. The place is within a condominium. Super peaceful and with good infrastructure and location. The great vedete is the Yacht Club within the development. worth knowing

Very quiet place for rest, very beautiful the landscapes from sunrise to sunset. Great connection with nature. Very cozy house. The hosts, are very attentive, humble, have a very nice kindness. I really liked it.

A cozy and unforgettable weekend with friends! The place is simply beautiful — surrounded by nature, with a large and very well-kept space, ideal for relaxing. The environment brought immense peace and replenished everyone's energies. We were delighted with the tranquility, the complete furniture and the care in every detail: very clean and fragrant blankets and bedding. Special affection for the Housekeeper Margarida, always so helpful and attentive. It was a wonderful experience that will stay in my memory. We definitely want to go back! I SUPER RECOMMEND IT!

We loved it, beautiful and quiet place. Lu was super attentive, gave us great tips for tours in the region, we were greeted with a chocolate treat and a delicate welcome letter. We asked for firewood to light a bonfire and they left everything just right, we just had to strike the match and enjoy. We recommend it 100%

Lovely and charming place. The definition of peace, contact with nature and quiet. I was able to hike, have contact with different types of animals, a stream in front of the house where I spent almost the entire afternoon. The caretaker is always helpful, very kind and polite. My pet loved the place too, for those with dogs, this is the place. When I'm back in search of peace and quiet, this will be the place.

By summing up the place in one word: PARADISE. It was the best stay I've ever had! The place is beautiful, you have a 360° view of pure beauty. On one side the dam, on the other the pool with the coconut trees. The sun set on the dam is a gift to the guests of the house. Mauro is extremely capricious, every day he would go to the house to collect the trash, clean the pool and pick up the fruit that fell from the trees so as not to gather flies. But always giving us all privacy, it never went outside the agreed time and, if necessary, sent a message asking for permission to go. The house is very clean, even the garbage men were washed. It looked like the whole house was washed, because even under the bed there was dust. The land, is another caprice. Although giant, the grass was all trimmed. The site was all surrounded by canvas. I was able to make my dogs and kitty at home. It turned into my favorite Airbnb hosting. I look forward to coming back!

We had a good experience, from the first contact, Fabi was always very attentive. The house is very comfortable, well equipped, with essential utensils, the outside area is very beautiful, the pool was cleaned every day. Recommended for anyone who wants a few days of peace and quiet.

The house is simply charming, very beautiful and extremely well organized. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with an impeccable, cozy and very well taken care of. The owner was careful to leave clean sheets and towels at our disposal, which brought even more comfort to the stay. In addition, we find mineral water at will, a detail that demonstrates the attention and affection in providing the best experience for the guests. The children enjoyed every moment in the pool, enjoying a lot of fun and creating unforgettable memories. They were enchanted by the space and loved the house as a whole. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and enjoying pleasant family days. Without a doubt, it has been a wonderful experience, and we are already looking forward to returning to the next opportunity!

Vânia's house is the most beautiful thing in the world… Functional kitchen with utensils, great stove for perfect family meals. The huge rooms that accommodate a very large family. 2 great bathrooms, with warm showers and the one in the back is perfect for use by those in the pool without getting the whole house wet. My daughter was delighted with the pool that turns blue at night and has a waterfall… The house is currently much better than in the photos. We loved every minute we were there. And about the condominium, we also have nothing but praise, because we loved that place!! Thank you so much for everything, Vania!! May God always bless you and your family!!

I recommend the house, it is simple and objective! Mr.Luiz was very receptive, polite and available. We were surprised with Wi-Fi , so it was possible to use AppleTV and Alexa. The backyard is a charm and the structure of the condominium is amazing. It's well worth knowing. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice experience! We were previously in the house, before the change of the owner and the homeowner and we were surprised by the updates made to the infrastructure, impeccable cleaning of all the environments and the cordiality and attention that Mr. Victor - administrator/homeowner gave us. It was an incredible long weekend with our family! I highly recommend it!

Mr. Luís was very attentive, we had a peaceful stay, a very cozy house, my family and I were very comfortable, we felt at home, space for the children to play, perfect place. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and intend to return soon.

Cícera and her husband are excellent hosts, we felt at home, we were in eleven people and the house accommodated us perfectly, we didn't miss anything, the condominium is very nice.
