Close to Melle, Chef Boutonne, Lac Le Lambon. 32km to Niort, 33km to Verteuil sur Charente, 40km Marais Poitevin, 90 km to La Rochelle. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Large family kitchen, large living room, dining room, laundry room & downstairs toilet. Outside there's a large terrace, 6x4 swimming pool, table, chairs, sun loungers & barbecue. Bed linen provided. We accept bookings for 4, 6 or 8 guests.

Old house completely renovated that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen/toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

Vine Cottage

Vine Cottage is a quaint gite in a secluded part of rural France. It sleeps four people; a large bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed and a smaller double room downstairs with two single beds. There is a shower room on the ground floor. The historic town of Melle is just 4km away with a choice of supermarkets/restaurants etc. The gite itself is very private with a beautiful swimming pool, garden and eating area. Ample parking, and central heated, the gite is available all year round.

Nice cozy little house in Melle, adjoining our house and on our property, but totally independent so that you are at home. Ideal for a couple or small family, a single person as well. Parking, wood stove, equipped kitchen, mezzanine (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom (shower). Small outdoor area with garden furniture. Close to the center, its amenities, hiking trails and the Saint-Hilaire Church (UNESCO).
