Hospitable enjoyment, that is our motto. You are welcome in our luxurious, very complete B&B: "Tussen Broek en Duin". Recently renovated with air conditioning and new hard floors. We clean very well. When booking from 2 adults, you have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: if you book for 1 person, you will have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But you may have to share a bathroom and separate toilet.

We are happy to rent out our separat guesthouse with sitting area, large dining table that can also be used for work, fitness corner and a 2-person bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A private terrace has also been thought of. The "Tilburg University" railway station is within walking distance, as is the walking forest. An AH, Subway and Taco Mundo are also nearby. This quietly located accommodation is tastefully decorated. Enjoy the birds and the space. Parking is free on the street.

Authentic suite for 3 in the heart of Tilburg

A one of a kind suite with own entrance, situated on the ground floor of a old shop building in which Joris and his kids have their home. With shop windows and original floors, this tiny-house-within-a-house is offering all for a lovely getaway. Beautifully renovated by the owner itself, the loft is the perfect hideout in the middle of the old central district of Tilburg, boasting many shops, restaurants and bars. A comfortable loft fully decorated for 3 persons, and that on only 25m2!

In the outskirts of Loon op zand, we have a guesthouse on the meadow for the whole family. An ideal base for a day at Efteling 3 km, Beeksebergen 19 km or for hiking/cycling/mountain biking in the wooded area with the Loonse and Drunense dunes within walking distance. The guest house is full of comforts and offers a beautiful rural view. Layout: living room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Mezzanine: extra sitting area, TV and sleeping area. Garden 60m2. Cosy (family) B&B-Holidayhouse max 5 pers + baby

DUE TO CIRCOMSTANCES WE DON'T HAVE BREAKFAST IN JUNE & JULY, SORRY. B&B The Holidayhouse is available to you, a spacious and cosy B&B holidayhouse in Loon op Zand, only 2 kilometers away from the Efteling. The Holidayhouse is spacious, approximately 65m2 and has all the amenities you need, is suitable for 5 people (+ 1 baby) and was originally an old farmhouse. You have your own parking, entrance, small kitchen, living room, toilet, shower, two bedrooms and garden with terrace.

Vacation home on the Loonse and Drunense dunes

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary holiday home with private entrance and has recently been renovated in part of a long-gable farm, where once was the cowshed and hayloft. The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in the private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Nearby the Efteling. Our house is quietly situated on the outskirts of the village and equipped with airconditioning and every comfort. You and your family can enjoy your rest here after a day at the Efteling Park or at an outing in the area. A cozy wooden cottage with a wood stove. View of a herb garden where it is wonderful to eat or read a book. The whole is located in a beautiful, rural wooded location in the beautiful Brabant country. There is a lot of peace and privacy; waking up with the sound of birds singing. Right next to the Beekse Bergen and in the middle of Hilvarenbeek, Tilburg and Oisterwijk. Many cycling and hiking routes nearby. Within walking distance (1 km) a cozy restaurant.

Own, perfect base in the Groene Woud!

Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, full of beautiful hiking and cycling areas! And you're right in the middle of it. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

Luxuriously furnished accommodation 2/4 pers. 3 or 4 people possible, but then it's a little tighter. In the middle of the Drunense dunes. The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
