Vacation rentals with a pool in Tierras Nuevas Saliente

We had an amazing experience staying at Fernando’s Airbnb. The place is spotless, has a beautiful pool, and the view of the beach is absolutely breathtaking. From the start, Fernando was in constant communication with us—he responded quickly to any questions we had, making the whole process smooth and easy. The Airbnb itself exceeded our expectations. Our daughter especially loved the pool, and we got to spend some really special family time together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

this was a great experience for our family. the location is great as it's right on the beach and just 40 minutes from San Juan. having now driven around the area a lot I do enjoy vega Baja where the house is more than surrounding areas. great local beach is close as well. the house is clean and comfortable. great kitchen for cooking. good Internet I worked a couple days. and amazing AC if you need it. just like the pictures show

Great home, extremely close to lots of options for great local food. Everything was within a 5 minute drive. The drive in and b the coast is absolutely beautiful. Melissa is extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. Enjoyed our stay

My family and I had a great vacation. This house and location is wonderful!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The space was perfect for a family vacation with the kids. We were lucky enough to have the shared pool amenities area to ourselves for the majority of our stay. I grew up going to Vega Baja as a child every summer, so it was such a blessing to stay in this beautiful home and repeat the memories with my kids. Would absolutely stay here a hundred times.

The place is great and location was everything. The only problem we encountered was the power outage, but Annette reached out and offered to relocate us to a hotel. Will be coming back.

Paul was helpful from the very beginning, he helped us find another apartment close by for my in-laws to stay in and was super responsive to every question we had. It was such a treat to wake up and drink coffee and watch the sunrise on the porch in a place so beautiful and peaceful and close to the ocean. We chose to stay in Manati to be close to the rock climbing in Ciales, about 30 mins inland, and it was just right for that too. Thank you Paul, I hope we’ll be back!

Jackeline was a great host, very accommodating and responsive to any needs or question. And the unit was spacious, clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the balcony was a big plus. The location is phenomenal. My wife and I grew up here in Manatí and Vega Baja, specifically, at the beach. We really had a great stay and we were able to have some peace and quiet, which used to not be an easy thing when we lived in the area. The community is safe, peaceful, and with amenities (pool, basketball, volleyball courts and a kiddy park for toddlers. Gas station and convenience store, local restaurants very close. Our favorite local beaches are just a short straight drive to Playa Mar Chiquita, Playa Los Tubos, and Playa Mar Bella. We will be coming back in the near future but with our grandkids for a longer stay. We highly recommend this location. Thank you Jackeline

This was a great location everything you needed and more was there for you. They provided beach chairs umbrellas that we used almost every day. We had an issue with one of the toilets and chair in the dining room sent a message. They were there within 24hrs to fix the problem. Would totally stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Carlos’ place and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was immaculate and looked exactly like the photos. Check-in was seamless, Carlos was super responsive and happy to share local recommendations. Just a 5-minute drive to the beach, the location was perfect. This home is truly a gem, we can’t wait to come back with our family!

Great location! Walkable to the beach, pool, and hotel amenities next door. Good instructions. Very clean and comfortable. Side note- There is no shade at the beach or pool, which is tough if you are super fair-skinned like me. A beach umbrella was provided, which was super nice, but even the slightest bit of wind caused it to invert and be unusable. So, you may want to bring a Shibumi with you in your luggage if you want shade on the beach. Also, be sure to bring your snorkel gear as you can see tropical fish in the water! The only slight drawback was no washer or dryer, but I was aware of this beforehand. I just think having that would have elevated the experience to a 10/10! Overall, would recommend a stay here! Stunning location with breathtaking views! The beach out front is best for lounging, but a short 3-minute walk takes you to a swimmable one. Fully stocked with beach gear, and the patio is lively with cute crabs and lizards—great for kids. Would absolutely return!
