Stunning views!! And just the perfect place! This was our first time to Manatí, but it won’t be our last. Literally steps to the beach, and everything you need in the apartment. Del Marchiquita a 2 minute walk, and some neat places to explore up and around the rocks. Found an awesome cave!! This location is stellar! Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a well thought out kitchen. Everything was super clean! And Carlos and Lilly were AWESOME to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

VERY peaceful and quiet. In the morning we were serenaded by beautiful song birds and at night we were lulled to sleep by the Coquis and their orchestra. Will DEFINITELY stay here when visiting Puerto Rico.

Where do I start?!? We just returned from staying here and man oh man was it everything I hoped for and more!!! We arrived late and Lilly made sure check-in was a breeze! The views and privacy is amazing. You have a private balcony with outdoor shower and deck to watch the sunset or just eat and drink coffee. We walked the beach everyday! The place was updated and very clean! Lilly was very responsive and helped with places to go and where to eat! The location is prime!! You can go to the East and be in San Juan or go to the West and be at beautiful Crash Boat Beach! Also felt very safe being in gated area with a guard at the gate (who is also just so friendly and nice) He greeted us every night when we returned from our busy days exploring the island. We had the pleasure of meeting Lilly just before our departure and she is amazing and we will definitely be returning!!! If you’re looking for a great place to stay here it is!!! Abdeel’s condo in Dorado is right across the street from a public beach. The restaurants around the area are easily accessible and serve tasty food. Shopping centers are short drives from the property. The place had all we needed to cook, clean and shower. If we were missing anything, Abdeel was very quick to respond and remedy. He was kind, understanding and flexible. We were so thankful to have the place and all of the many beach paraphernalia to make it a great, relaxing vacation. Will stay again if we’re in the area!

The Vega Baja Beach House Sands Apartment was the perfect base for exploring Puerto Rico’s stunning north coast. Located at the end of a quiet, gated street, the area felt safe and serene, with beautifully maintained homes and gardens, and the beach entrance just steps away. The apartment was spotless and stylish, featuring a modern kitchen, spacious bathroom, and roomy bedrooms—each with its A/C unit. The rooftop was a standout, with lounge chairs, a grill, and a Jacuzzi. We especially appreciated the welcome bottle of wine from our thoughtful host, Francisco, who was always very responsive. Having access to a laundry room was a big convenience. The property is just six minutes from the gorgeous Playa de Puerto Nuevo and close to excellent seafood restaurants, while still offering quiet away from the crowds. This listing is on my favorites for Puerto Rico stays, and we are already planning to come back. We only ask the host to add beach chairs and beach Umbrellas to their inventory.

Conveniently located near the beach. Area is full of dining options and good security. Place was spotless and I have to say I got a sweeter deal than expected. Loved it!!

Gio was so great and attentive! Communication was clear and easy. His home was clean and comfortable, lots of towels, and the bed felt just like I was at home! Very quiet neighborhood (that’s a good thing) The outdoor shower was a plus and a must try! Right next to the pool for relaxation and some sun. COA restaurant is the place for dinner, save room for dessert! We look forward to staying at Gio’s again soon.

We went for a short stay, we only stayed one night but we definitely would have liked to stay more days... the place was super cozy, clean, comfortable with everything you need for the stay! The host's response was quite quick, very courteous and accessible with the questions that were asked. The arrival and entry to the place was as Johana indicated and really when we arrived it looked even more spacious than in the photos. We definitely hope to be able to stay again later and for more days so we can enjoy more!!! Thank you!!!

My husband and I recently stayed at Kevin's property for the second time and enjoyed our experience. The accommodation is well-equipped with amenities, including an iron, hair dryer, and coffee. The location is convenient and close to the beach. We found plenty of entertainment options nearby, with many restaurants and bars in the area. We particularly recommend La Villa De Lester for its excellent carrucho and Tres Palos Bar & Grill for its great drinks.

Convent location. Host was great at communicating and very helpful. Unit was clean. There were no washcloths, so we had to buy some. Could use more towels and some dish towels. Everything in unit worked well. Other guests need to be reminded and held accountable of rules. Overall, our stay was pleasant.
