Excellent location, communication with Violeta was always attentive and helpful, the center is a 5 minute drive away and you find a lot of variety. The house is in good condition, only the pool needed a little cleaning and you should bring insect repellent because there are too many bugs. Violeta was very nice, when we arrived she offered us repellent and had already put out a couple of raidolitos. I recommend it, suitable for relaxing and for families. In addition, the ones who enjoyed the house the most were my children and my dogs, the huge hot patio allows you to play. I would definitely go back.

We rented this house to have a family reunion, where we celebrated my mom's birthday. My family and I liked it very much, since we didn't have to leave the place to have fun. There is a pool, a little small, but enough for the 6 people who went. We had a barbecue and a campfire at night. We loved that it was super dog-friendly and had enough room for them to be comfortable and have a good time too. Everything was very clean and tidy. There were good amenities such as internet and TV in several bedrooms and the living room. Plenty of parking space, where we put two cars without a problem. In addition, the host was very kind and was always attentive. We will definitely be back.

My stay at Marco's house was amazing. Marco was very helpful and always available for any need. The house is much larger than what you see in the photos and has excellent internet connection in all rooms and common areas, ideal for working and taking video calls. Each room has its own screen with Netflix, a private bathroom, and air conditioning. In the living room, we enjoyed a giant screen to watch movies and series. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning, including the bedrooms, the living room, the dining room and even the kitchen, which is a great help in hot weather. The house is fully equipped for fun, with speakers in the pool, indoor and outdoor common areas, and features Karaoke and YouTube Prime. The pool and hot tub are in excellent condition and at the right temperature, adjusted by Marco according to our preferences and the outside climate. In addition, they accept pets, which was excellent for me and my 2 dogs.

The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was impeccable and perfect to enjoy, and the bathrooms were super clean and well maintained. César's attention was exceptional; he was always attentive to us and made us feel very welcome. As a very kind touch, he left us cold water and snacks when we arrived, which was a great gesture. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

The house is very nice, modern, spacious, full of light and in perfect condition! Very comfortable, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The pool and hot tub are delicious. 3 bedrooms are inside the house and there is a small additional studio. The fourth bedroom is independent and is at the entrance of the house (with 3 beds). A very recommended stay for those who want to stay in that area. It's like 15 min. by car from downtown Tepoz in a more rural area. The house does not have A/C, there are floor fans in all bedrooms. We went in March and the house was already quite hot because of all the glass and windows it has. It is important to consider it if you are going to wash it in the hottest months of the year such as May or June.

From the moment we arrived, it exceeded all our expectations. The place was spotless, with cozy decor and amazing amenities. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with local recommendations that made our stay even better. The kitchen was fully equipped and the spaces are just as in the photographs. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect, the house was very quiet. Mr. Jesus was very kind, he went to clean on the second day because there was garbage in the pool... he wanted to make sure it wasn't dirty to use it... thank you for everything!
