The apartment is very nice, tidy. Ideal for a couple, it could also be with 1 or 2 children. The area is good, you are close to the center and you can walk to wherever you want, less than 5 blocks away you have a lot of variety of restaurants to go to eat, the main avenue is 2 blocks away and 3 blocks away you have the waterfront.

Excellent stay, a beautiful reception where I found many things to make breakfasts and snacks, many utensils, a very clean apartment. Super private, heating all the time so when you enter the cold would totally go away. Alicia always communicated to see how I was or if I needed anything. A few blocks from downtown and the view is magnificent.

This place was perfect for our family of 8, it was super…. clean, everything smelled delicious, we even forgot to ask what she put on the sheets to make them smell like that! Everything worked properly and we NEVER had any problems. Maximum welcomed us with a huge smile and was ALWAYS super friendly! The house was located about 2 kilometers from downtown and super-equipped. In short, speechless! Maximo is a 200 in everything, highly recommended... Very grateful for that human warmth and hospitality🫶🙏🏼.

We love the cabin. Very warm and complete. The scenery that can be seen is very beautiful and far exceeded our expectations! We loved staying with Ruben and Susana, it has permanent heating, the breakfast is very complete and rich, we were always transferred to the center and the tours at a much lower cost than if we did it by taxi or collective... they helped us a lot with the tips of the place!... we definitely recommend it 100% to any traveler!

Lorena is a genius, first of all she was wonderful with us, they also rescheduled our flight and she put us up again, she took us to and from the airport, she is a genius and very cool, I am really super grateful for everything she did 💝

Fantastic place! We spent 4 nights there and didn’t regret it at all. Felt welcomed from the start and until the end. Perfect place for friends or couples who love to met new people, but still want some privacy!

Lorena was perfect for her welcome, her advice, her kindness, her availability,I felt like home,she picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, let me know many interesting places like El Parque Nacional, lagoon escondida, the Garibaldi's lagoon, we crossed the Cordillera... gave me tips for going to eat, I still had the hot water with a little something to eat etc. A real pleasure, a beautiful meeting to spend my stay at Lorena's I recommend it without worries , you would not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Alvaro’s Apartment, it’s more than enough space for two people. We loved that the bedroom is above the living room, which makes it very cozy. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the apartment has a nice heater, which is perfect for the cold weather in Ushuaia. Also the neighborhood is safe with friendly neighbors and quiet at night, there is also a small bakery nearby and a bus station not too far away, to get to the city center.
