Brooke is great host! Fast reply, and informative all the way. We received a call from her to guide us through our check-in process and everything went smoothly. The place was perfect for me and my family of 6 ample space.. full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, It had all the essentials we needed. The resort is completely family friendly! We played mini golf, my 20 year old enjoyed the basketball court and gym, and my 3 girls loved the pool!! If we ever go to Virginia again we would definitely book through Brooke, we also saw she has other listings. Highly recommended 🙌

Brooke was amazing. The location is wonderful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The recreation cebter had many things to do. We signed up for several of the events and had a great time. We definitely had a lot of great family time together. Of course like any timeshare, the agents will try to sell you or get you to commit to an appointment. A stern "no", and you are off to enjoy your stay. I would definitely stay here again. We didn't want to leave.

our first family vacation and I couldn't be happier!! everything was easy and ready to go. great location and many things to do just at the resort, everything is no more than 30 minutes away didn't have to do much driving to have fun. apartment was stocked for pretty much everything needed to cook small meals.

Perfect location, great amenities and friendly staff. The place was immaculate also.

The accommodations were split between two buildings because they weren’t able to honor a building with a pet friendly apartment upstairs and down but it worked out anyway. I would have to pay $250 for a pet fee for both apartments so because the accommodations were split, I only had to pay one fee. No big deal. It all worked out and we enjoyed the stay regardless.

Had a great stay here. Close to Williamsburg, Jamestowne, and Yorktown. Lots of restaurants nearby and the kids loved the pool.

We had a great time staying at Vacation Village. The two adjoining units were very convenient for my extended family. Igor communicated clearly on the check-in instructions and expectations for the units. We would come back!

We had a great stay at the colonies. It was a very convenient location close to lots of things to do. The pool area was super fun for all ages! The condo itself was set up nice and worked well for our group of 9

What a fantastic vacation! Our family of 11 (6 adults and 5 children) were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute of our stay! The condo had plenty of space for all of us and the grandchildren loved being able to be together for dinner and games at night. Williamsburg and Jamestown were only 15 to 20 minutes away. There were plenty of restaurants and the pool was the hit of vacation. We enjoyed a poolside movie, poolside snow cones, and poolside smoothies. There was always some sort of entertainment going on poolside. We had a couple of small problems….Igor answered me immediately and the resort fixed them immediately when informed. I would recommend this unit for any family who loves spending time together!

it was super remote and quiet, just the way we like it. fresh eggs from the hen house was a plus.

My family and I LOVED this place. Super clean and very spacious. We loved that it had 2 full bathrooms. Check-in was a breeze. Brooke's responded right away if I had a question. perfect spot for a family vacation and 15 mins away from Busch Gardens. Shopping Outlets was less than 10min away.. You can't go wrong!!!

Our stay at Tara’s was great. She was very responsive to my questions. The location was great and within 30 minutes of everything we planned to do. The amenities were within easy access. We used the indoor pool, the putt putt course, the playground, as well as the grills. Everyone had such a good time. Thanks Tara for everything! We would definitely love to stay there again when in that area.

I can't believe that we received such a massive space for the price we paid! We received two adjoining condos and each of us had their own bed! I was traveling with my mom and my three kids and their jaws dropped. The location was also perfect - free video games for the kids, indoor and outdoor pool, pool bar, small restaurant, mini golf, pickle ball, etc. We were not pressured to do a time share or any presentation whatsoever. Within 15-20 min. you are at Busch Gardens, Yorktown, Williamsburg, etc. What a great place!

This place is an amazing spot for visiting Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Great location, great amenities, great everything. Michael was very helpful and communicated well. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Williamsburg.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, the amenities are great, the on site restaurant worked out great one night of our stay. Christian was awesome and when I requested to arrive a full day early due to impending snow, she was able to quickly update my reservation. Just be aware upon check in a hilton representative will attempt to get you to attend a seminar about their vacation club in exchange for a gift card. It is not required. I've already looked at other listing's of Christians for future planning.
