Vacation rentals with a patio in Ticino

Angela is the perfect host. She welcomed us so warmly and prepared everything for us with love. She thought of everything. The rooms are large and flooded with lots of light. I felt very comfortable and could only enjoy this week. If you want this location and the views, you've found the right place with Angela. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is really very nice, especially the terrace, from which you have a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is very well and high-quality equipped and very tastefully decorated. The lake is minutes away by foot. The communication is very friendly and straightforward, we will be happy to come back.

Upon arrival it was clear to us: This is not the last time we will visit this place! The four days here were just fantastic. Katja and Alfredo took care of our well-being with a lot of warmth and attention. The apartment is a dream – lovingly furnished, spotlessly clean, well equipped and with an incredibly comfortable bed. We slept wonderfully, it was wonderfully quiet. You can immediately feel that Katja and Alfredo know what real hospitality means. Even the loving welcome gifts showed how welcome we are here. For us, there are more than five stars – a heartfelt thank you and: ci vediamo!

This was a 10 star experience! We absolutely loved our stay in Luciano and Katia’s house. It was perfect. The train is conveniently located within minutes of the house. Though it was near, you could not hear the train. It was quiet. The location is beautiful, in a valley between the Swiss Alps on one side and the Italian Alps on the other. We loved riding bicycles along the small farms nearby. Luciano is the friendliest host we’ve ever met, always eager to enhance our stay. He showed us the gorgeous scenery in different areas nearby. This house is the most well equipped we’ve stayed in with Airbnb. They generously supplied coffee, breakfast cereals, fruit, milk, juice, spices, cooking oil, and more. We would highly recommend this house and we would definitely return when we come back to Switzerland. Thank you Luciano and Katia! We had a wonderful week.

Very friendly hosts, friendly personal welcome - super clean apartment, very spacious, very tasteful and cozy design. The kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. Ingenious view of the valley and the mountain range. Secluded and quiet location. Gem for nature lovers. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay very much.

We were allowed to spend an extended weekend in this beautiful accommodation and felt very comfortable and welcome from the beginning. The beautiful garden, the loving decor and the warm care made our stay an all-round successful experience. We will be happy to come back!

Direct introduction by Peter incl. Tips for the surroundings. Although the apartment is up the hill in a quiet area, it is easily accessible by public transport. You can also walk to the lake in a nice little public swimming pool. The bedrooms are very spacious and have a beautiful view, with a balcony!

This is the place!!!! it does not really matter if the weather is good or bad!!! it just feels amazing to get your coffee in the balcony enjoying the view!!! The host could not be more friendly and nice. She was very responsive and recommended places to go! I will point every single friend of mine to that place! 🙂😎🙃 highly recommended!!!

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

Our stay at Sergio and Nadia's place was great. It is such a beautiful location. The weather was not cooperative while we were there, but they came to the rescue and gave us plenty of good recommendations to help us make the most out of our trip.

Our stay here in Maggia wonderful! Everything you need is close to the house, (even a short hike to a gorgeous waterfall!) The house was really comfortable and easy to access. We recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains from the property. Inside looks just like the pictures. Location is great too. Very easy to get into the towns of Ticino or to cross the border into Italy. Highly recommend for your stay in Ticino!

Everything is fine as described and in the photos. Best to reach in 10 minutes from the bus station. Beautiful historic building with stylish décor.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was super equipped and totally clean and inviting. We felt right at home. The kitchen was even set up so that you hardly had to bring anything from home. The view was also fantastic and the climb to the house is definitely worth it. Tobias is a great host! We immediately received accurate check-in information and everything else. The contact was super friendly and straightforward. One of the most stunning locations you can imagine on Lugano. Right on the lake, 3 storeyed and superbly kept. Don't think. Just go for it if you are considering Lugano. Fantabulous views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated, extremely well maintained and corresponds exactly to the pictures. We were also impressed by the location: very close to the beach and downtown, yet pleasantly quiet. The parking space right outside the door was particularly convenient. At night there is absolute peace, and the small balcony overlooking the countryside invites you to relax. Thank you for this nice short vacation — we will be happy to come back!

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

A very practically furnished, very well-maintained 2-room apartment in a beautiful panoramic location. It is excellent for a few days and is perfect for long mountain walks. Together as a couple, we really enjoyed the central location of this charming, beautifully furnished apartment. The apartment is very quiet despite its immediate proximity to the piazza and the restaurants & bars as well as the shops. The lake can be reached on foot in less than 2 minutes. You should definitely enjoy the espresso and the morning sun with a view of the palm trees on the small balcony. Fortunately, it provides wonderful shade in the afternoon on warm days. Communication with the hosts Raymond and Nadine was excellent & above all they are very helpful! We easily stayed in this Bijoux all May and felt at home in Ascona. We will be back soon!
