Very nice accommodation. Conveniently located near Locarno and Lugano. Beautiful nature and a city located by the lake. In sunny weather this place will be perfect. Situated right next to the Lidl store and the bus stop, from where you can get to the two necessary train stations. Or walk and get off at the station of Minusio itself. Definitely recommend for this price. One of the best accommodation options that I rented during my trips.

A beautiful apartment overlooking the Lago Maggiore, a kumquat and a lemon tree shade the balcony on one side, so it does not get too warm in the bedrooms. below the apartment there is a small swimming spot/bay. A few meters further, a boat dock for the excursion cruise. We felt very comfortable

We had a good stay with the children, but unfortunately the weather did not participate. Shopping facilities were a 3-minute walk away. Excursions such as the zoo or Alprose chocolate factory were a 15-minute walk away.

Great, extremely clean and nicely decorated place with amazing views of Lake Lugano and a wonderful garden. Daniela and Peter were super friendly, always available and extremely helpful. We shared the garden with the permanent tenant on the ground floor, who has a dog like us. This turned out to be not ideal for us, as our 10-month-old dog usually remained leashed on a leash. Our young dog could only master the steep stairs to the lake with help and for the walks you need a car.

Amazing host and wonderful apartment. Definitely recommend for families as it has everything you need. We will gladly consider this apartment for our next trip to Vira!

We were satisfied, the handling was very easy and straightforward. The place was as shown on the pictures and in the description.

With a group of friends, we started the new year at Villa Sciamina. The house is very nice and has a great view over Lagio Maggiore. Oscar was very friendly & was also very flexible regarding arrival/departure times. It was a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

We stayed for a weekend and will definitely be back soon. The contact with Fikrete was very friendly, we immediately felt very comfortable and the view of the lake is fantastic. In general, the complex looks very well maintained and despite many residential units, you can enjoy peace and quiet on the balcony. The car can be parked in the yard, which is secured to you by a gate. A pool completes it all and of course direct access to the lake . Bissone is located just outside Lugano, very nice quiet with numerous opportunities for walking. However, Lugano can be reached very quickly by bus or car. Lugano captivates with its promenade and numerous cafes and restaurants. There are also many possibilities for hiking enthusiasts. For us, it was perfect at Fikrete, with plenty of everything, sparkling clean and practical/ friendly furnishings. Thank you again and see you soon family Pfeiffer

Peter's apartment is very nice and thoughtfully appointed. The view is beautiful and invites you to relax. There is a restaurant very close to the terrace but this does not affect the tranquility of the place at all. We stayed there in early September but the place may be more lively in the middle of summer. We particularly appreciated the equipment available in the residence as well as direct access to the small beach. In addition, the communication was easy and very pleasant. Peter was very flexible. This apartment is a gem that offers the possibility to disconnect. The wifi is low but works well enough for basic use.

Very centrally located studio, easily accessible by public transportation. It's all newly renovated and practical. It has everything you need. We can only recommend it. Perfect for a short trip. Sibylle and Christian

The apartment was exactly as described. It is well located, close to the center and the lake. It is good and practical. It has everything you need, even a few coffee pods for the start. Florin has always responded quickly, compptly and helpful. Communication with him has been excellent.

Nataliya gave us a guided tour of the house with her son, who speaks English, at the beginning and also left small gifts (wine, chocolate). The place was picturesque and very clean.

We were very enthusiastic about the apartment and felt very comfortable. Optimal location, a staircase down to the lake ❤️ we will be happy to come back!

Martin was super nice and checking in is a breeze. We were also allowed to enter the apartment earlier without explicitly asking for it. The apartment is perfect for 4 people. The rooms are larger than expected and you have everything you need. Since the stay was in autumn, we also liked using the built-in Swedish stove, which was easy to use. It's really cozy there, I can only recommend it.

Lovingly designed rustico. Wonderfully decorated with welcome flowers from the garden. The bedroom with glass roof is truly unique! The Bioterra garden with the many cozy places to be is so nice! We've never had such a garden around the house. There's a lot of attention and love in it. We were able to take many hikes directly from the house. The 24h organic shop in Intragna was also great. Very fine high quality food. What we would have liked, a little more storage space for your own food in the kitchen and a wardrobe for the jackets. Otherwise, everything is tip top!

Everything went smooth with the stay at Sven's place and the area is just beautiful - so many places nearby to visit!
