A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lugano, bathed in sunlight. A 180° view enchants the guests. In 15 minutes you can reach the lake and the center on a footpath. It is 500 meters to the bus station of line 2, which goes to the lake and the city center. The 65 square meter apartment consists of a large living room with a balcony facing the lake. Magnificent view also from the double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the completely newly renovated bathroom with shower.

Shared garden and laundry room. The house, despite being surrounded by woods and vineyards, is only 2’by car (15’ on foot) from the bus stop and pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’by car from the center of Bellinzona. Exit the Bellinzona-sud motorway, 5’ and 25’ walk from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Lisa’s apartment was truly worth every penny and made our trip one of the top four Airbnb experiences we’ve ever enjoyed. The luxurious bed, soft pillows, and fluffy towels made us feel wonderfully pampered throughout our stay. We especially appreciated unwinding on the spacious sectional and sipping our morning coffee on the terrace, taking in the serene, leafy neighborhood. The kitchen was just the right size and thoughtfully equipped, perfect for preparing simple, cozy meals. The location couldn’t have been better-just minutes from charming cafés, a lovely bakery, our favorite restaurant „Ketty & Tommy“, and the beautiful lakefront promenade. Exploring the area on foot was so easy and enjoyable. Bright, sunny, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, the apartment felt like we couldn’t have chosen better. Finally, Lisa‘s attention to detail and care made this lovely stay exceptional. We would highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort and quality.

Had a great stay at Ching-Yuan’s place in Minusio. Extremely well-organized and gives attention to all details, everything was exactly as described and kept in excellent condition. Highly recommend.

The cool toys for the kids are worth mentioning :) Also decorated with love. Excursion tips are available. The hostess always responded very quickly and also introduced herself personally. The apartment is very tastefully furnished.  The flair for art is impressive. The spacious layout allows a relaxing stay. Access to the large garden invites you to have breakfast and enjoy.  The wide bed is of the best quality. Since there is only one duvet blanket, cuddling is required. The proximity to the lake promenade, restaurants, shopping and public transport is excellent. For a stay in the low season with cool evenings, the restaurant next door is not disturbing. We are completely satisfied with the stay.
