Condo vacation rentals in Ticino

With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

This apartment was in the best location. Very close to the canal and some amazing bars and restaurants. It is situated on a beautiful cobbled street. Also close to the M2 metro line with easy access to the centre and to the airport. The bed was comfy, everything was very clean and tidy, and Federico answered all of our questions within just a few minutes. He let us check in early which was really helpful. We had a wonderful stay in Milan, thank you!

Alessio und Valentina waren überaus freundliche Gastgeber! Der Checkin war gut organisiert und beschrieben, was uns die Anreise sehr erleichterte! Der Ausblick war phänomenal. We feel so fortunate to have found Alice's place! She was a super host, and the location is easily the most amazing place we have every stayed. The best part was having a private back deck with a view that few can imagine. It was interesting that there were no screens on the windows, but there were very few insects too, so it didn't seem to matter. We would have liked to have actual top bed sheets instead of just the comforters, as we are very warm sleepers. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Thanks, Alice!

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

Logement spacieux, bien aménagé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue commerçante, à 15 min à pied de la gare centrale et de la cathédrale Duomo. Nous le recommandons fortement. Merci 😊

L’appartement proposé est super : très propre, bien agencé et spacieux. Il y a de quoi faire du café, les terrasses sont agréables et Edouardo est un hôte disponible et généreux. La localisation est pratique à pieds à 15 minutes du Duomo et avec la possibilité de dîner à pieds également. Eduardo nous a recommandé de beaux endroits pour dîner ! Le logement est très propre ! Il est situé sur la route donc un peu de bruit de voiture mais ce n’est pas dérangeant du tout (alors que je suis d’habitude sensible au bruit) car il est en hauteur . Eduardo a d’ailleurs la gentillesse de fournir des boules quies! Il y’a un supermarché a 5 minutes à pieds ce qui est très pratique. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi grâce à la disponibilité d’Eduardo. Je recommande vivement !idéal pour un couple ou une famille !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre logement, idéal pour les séjours en famille (spacieux, propre, calme, à proximité de la gare). En plus, vous êtes des hôtes accueillants et très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions, merci !

L'appartement est très agréable. Situé au 4 étage avec ascenseur, il est lumineux et aéré. Si on le souhaite, il est possible de garer la voiture en sécurité au sous-sol. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé, rien ne manque. Il est situé en plein centre de Varèse ce qui pratique pour aller à pied au restaurant, faire ses courses ou prendre le train pour Milan. Il y a de la circulation en journée mais ce n'est pas dérangeant et les nuits ont été tranquilles. La communication avec Francesca a été excellente, les informations sont complètes et claires. De plus, elle nous a donné énormément d'informations touristiques qui nous ont été utiles. Francesca est très accueillante et disponible pour toutes questions. Cette appartement est l'endroit parfait pour visiter le Lac de Côme, le lac Majeur ou encore aller la journée à Milan, nous y avons passé une excellente semaine.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlo’s place in Milan. I was traveling with my wife, two kids, and my mother, and the apartment was perfect for all of us. It’s a modern, very clean, and beautifully maintained space in a fantastic location—you can walk everywhere! The internet was fast and reliable, and the whole place felt like home from the moment we arrived. Carlo was an exceptional host—very respectful, supportive, and kind. He made sure everything was smooth and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay here again on our next visit to Milan!

Susanna & Henrik’s apartment is absolutely perfect! The location was perfect and everything we had planned was within a 10 minute walk. The free parking is also a huge bonus. The rooms were clean and the home itself is beautiful. Would love to stay again if give the opportunity.

Śliczne miejsce do którego każdego dnia z wielką przyjemnością się wracało, niedaleko miasteczka oraz stacji kolejowej. Bardzo mili gospodarze, gotowi pomóc w każdej sytuacji z wysokim poziomem komunikacji. Miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia.

Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist wunderschön. Großer Pluspunkt ist der gepflegte Pool. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.

Tolle Aussicht und der Pool (den wir im Oktober wegen des Wetters nicht mehr nutzen konnten) sind ein Traum. Paola ist ein Traum Host und immer zu erreichen und hatte gleich zu Beginn viele Tipps. Einkaufen ist im Ort leider nicht möglich, dh man muss entweder in kleineren Läden was kaufen (sofern man einen Parkplatz findet) oder muss zurück nach Como. Ansonsten kann man für ein paar Wanderungen auch direkt am Appartment starten. Restaurants gibt es im Ort oder in nahegelegenen Dörfern sofern man einen Parkplatz findet - was leider selbst im Oktober (auch wegen Baustellen) ein Thema war

Все понравилось, фотографии отвечали реальностью . А квартире есть все что нужно и даже больше. Вид з балкона это просто великолепно, утром кофе пить самое блаженство. Все вопросы очень быстро решались. Рекомендую .

Eine sehr schöne kleine saubere Unterkunft mit wunderschönen Blick über den Lago Di Como. Mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir sind als befreundetes Paar gereist und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. In der Unterkunft ist für alles gesorgt und es fehlt an nichts. Die Promenade und der Hafen von Menaggio ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, um die anderen Orte am Lago di Como zu erkunden oder die Seele baumeln und es sich gut gehen zu lassen. Der Ausblick vom Dach des Hauses ist traumhaft und Michael und Alice haben mit einem Reiseführer informiert oder sehr zügig auf unsere Fragen geantwortet, damit wir einen schönen Aufenthalt haben konnten. Für eine entspannte Zeit sehr zu empfehlen.
