Uninterrupted sea views on NC500

Chandan KumarRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Can’t describe how beautiful the location is . The house is so beautiful and the view is breathtaking . We were welcomed by golden rays of sun and a rainbow . Sarah is the loveliest and warmest person I have ever met . She personally helped us know everything about the house. The kitchen is very well equipped. Kids room was so much fun with colourful lights , they had so much fun. Due to lack of time we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub and many more things like walking down the shore or the area. We just laid down and soaked in as much as we could. Overall this stay was amazing and definitely made our NC500 memorable.

North Walls Kirk

JennyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My friends and I loved the space and light and comfort of the Kirk. We came all the way from Norfolk on trains and ferries and fell in love with the land and seas and community of Hoy. The peace is deep here ... no background hum. I love to see the sea around me. We cycled over to Rackwick Bay which was exhilarating and went to cafe church at Emily's which was connecting. Thanks so much I hold these islands with me now. From Jen

The Old Coastguard Station,NC500

ChrisRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
The Old Coast Guard station is a fantastic place to stay and as a base for the NC500. The house is recently renovated to a high standard, is very clean/fresh and has the most beautiful views of the bay and harbour. We traveled with our pup as it is very dog friendly with an enclosed garden and lots of places and beaches to walk nearby. Helmsdale is a nice village with local shops, pub and restaurants only an hour from John o Groats and minutes to lovely beaches. Undoubtedly one of the best holiday homes we have stayed - the views from the balcony are amazing.
