The lodge is secluded in a 120 acre valley, surrounded by the Snowy Mountains, with abundant wildlife including kangaroos, cockatoos, wallabies and wombats. The lodge can naturally split into two self-contained apartments with an interconnecting door that can be locked, each with a living area, kitchen, bathrooms, toilets and dining room. Take it easy at this unique stone cottage & farm stay. Set in a rural setting 20 mins from Cooma, 45 min to Jindabyne, & 75 min to Kosciusko National Park. Drive down our shared unsealed road through neighbouring working farmland (grazing cows, calves, sheep & lambs) for approx 4km to the small self contained stone cottage. Built in the early 1800’s this is the original property on the land. The cottage has just been renovated and includes a luxury brand new bathroom with heated floor.
