Located 10 minutes from Lake Geneva and 25 minutes from the ski slopes, the studio is located in a recent villa. Ideally located, on the edge of the town woods of Thonon. the recently furnished 25m2 studio is very well equipped and benefits from a small terrace. Thonon is a 5-minute drive away and the small shops in the village center are 3 km away. The entrance is independent, all the closets in the studio are available, except for the one in the entrance which contains personal belongings.

Studio atypique refait à neuf en centre ville. C'est une tour sur trois étages, agréable à vivre par son optimisation de l'espace et son charme si particulier. Vieille cheminée (hors d'usage), triple expositions avec vue lac... Il se compose d'un espace chambre indépendant sous les toits au niveau supérieur, d'un espace à vivre, cuisine équipé, salon (TV & internet) au niveau intermédiaire (entrée) et d'une salle de bain et WC (lave linge, dressing) au niveau inférieur.

Très agréable T2 de 50 m2 en rez-de-chaussée avec terrasse, lumineux refait à neuf, situé Boulevard de la Corniche à 15 min à pied des Thermes ou du centre ville et à 20 min du port de Thonon. L'appartement se compose d'une chambre-suite avec lit double de 160 cm, dressing, d’une salle de bains avec baignoire, lave linge, sèche-cheveux, toilettes séparées. La cuisine entièrement équipée est ouverte sur un espace repas confortable. Le salon donne accès à la terrasse.

T2 centre avec parking 19 thonon-o-phil-de-l-eau

A côté du lac Léman, de la chaîne des Alpes, proche de la Suisse. A toute saison ses activités! L'appart est petit (32 m2) mais très fonctionnel et bien équipé (vous pouvez même faire une raclette, une fondue etc il faut fouiller dans les placards!) La plupart du temps c'est Isabelle qui vous prépare l'appartement Depuis Février 2019, il y a une place de parking privative dans la résidence (place 19) A'rvi pas! (au revoir en patois savoyard)

Well located T3, 55 m2, neat decoration, near the city center, the train station, the thermal baths, the lake. Located on the 2nd and last floor of the house. Nice view and quiet area. Equipped apartment (linen provided sheets, towels, tea towels....)coffee and tea offered. WIFI FREE FIBER 200 Mb/s Reinforced and rigorous cleaning.
