The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable—plenty of room to relax and feel at home. Didier was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. He really went the extra mile to make sure I had all the information I needed and felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

We loved the place, it was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the garden for our evening dinners. It was a pleasure to discover the excellent food from the market, and shops of Maule, following our host's recommendations.

Great location. Within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, little shops and a castle! Leng was very helpful navigating us through the use of the French appliances. She made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely come again, to Paris, and I will again, stay with Leng. We had a wonderful experience.

The apartment is in great, peaceful location, in walking distance to train station, where you can catch a train to the centre of Paris. The place itself is immaculate! Iman & David put a lot of effort to make the apartment comfortable. It's beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We had an amazing stay and felt very welcomed and looked after. The apartment itself is beautiful in a good location if you don’t mind being a little out from the action. It would have been easier also for self check in/out rather than having to meet for key pick up/drop off, convenience for both sides.

Beautiful appartment situated right in the heart of Versailles and only 10 minutes walk to the Palace and gardens. Honestly, the location couldnt be better. Rooms were stylishly decorated with extremely comfortable sofas and beds. We stayed for two nights, but wished we could have stayed longer. Visited the Palace and Central Paris, which was easily reached using the RER train. Philippe was the perfect host, providing lots of information about local restaurants and pubs and travel advice. He sorted our car parking too. Thanks Philippe! I would highly recommend this appartment to anybody visiting Versailles or Paris

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! The space is bright, beautifully maintained, and feels like the perfect Parisian getaway. The location is unbeatable, with a charming brasserie and a fantastic boulangerie just steps away—perfect for morning croissants and coffee. A special shoutout to Aldric, who went above and beyond to make our check-in seamless, even accommodating our late 1 AM arrival with warmth and professionalism. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place in Paris, this is it. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment, had a very comfortable stay. Everything was as described.

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!
