This is where the latest dinosaur footprints on The Isle of Skye have been found, as yet there is no information on which dinosaur created these prints. Visit the Dinosaur Museum in Staffin to learn more

Short walk reaching the easternmost point of Trotternish peninsula. There is good path all the way to the shore (very muddy after rain), walking out to the end of the point on a steep path above vertical drops. Although the place was not very popular amongst tourists, thanks to the discovery of new dinosaurs’ footprints on Skye in 2018, the Brothers Point is becoming more popular. Even if you are not interested in the dinosaur history, this place is worth a visit. Walk along the coastline and let the path takes you to the wee peninsula. The path is steep there, but the views are just amazing. In the distance you can see Kilt Rock with Mealt Falls.

Brother’s Point is a dramatic headland marking the easternmost point of Trotternish. Hardly known it’s fantastic little walk and you will just love it! Time it right and you’ll find it to be the perfect place for a picnic lunch.
