Rustic oak planks and a wood-burning stove meet modern minimalism. Situated on a headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve in a small village away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance to the water. Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

The villa "Emma" is modern to luxuriously furnished. Here you can immediately feel at home thanks to the high level of comfort. There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with an indoor hot tub, 40 m² roof terrace overlooking Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra quiet area with relaxing loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

You have a breathtaking view directly on the water. Simply unwind, relax in your own sauna, go swimming, take a walk - relaxation is guaranteed!

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level.
