Ολα εξαιρετικά, περάσαμε φανταστικά, μας βοήθησαν πάρα πολύ οι οικοδεσπότες τόσο με προτάσεις για την περιοχή όσο και με τη διαμονή μας. Καλοδέχτηκαν το σκυλάκι μας και μας παρείχαν ο,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπίτι υπέροχο ! Ευχαριστούμε ♥️

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

To be honest, it was my first time using the services of Airbnb, so naturally I was pretty worried about how the whole trip would go. However, when I tell you that I lucked out big time and this is the BEST place you can stay in Neos Marmaras, I won’t be lying - the host is friendly and responsive, the apartment is spacious with not one, not two, but THREE bedrooms, and the sea is on a 10-15 minutes walk! It’s also quiet at night, and if you hate the hot weather there are TWO air conditioners inside two of the bedrooms! There are pharmacies, doctors, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you wouldn’t have to use a car every time you go out! You can also take a boat trip nearby, rent kayaks, and just have the time of your life! One of the hosts, Maria, even baked us a cake during our stay - she’s just the sweetest soul and always available to help you out! If I decide to go back to Neos Marmaras, you best believe I will rent this apartment once again

It was a very clean and nice room, exactly the same as on the photos. Communication with the host was easy - she gave clear instructions and allowed us a bit late checkout. A nice place to stay.

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione/foto con una vista splendida sulla baia di neo klima.Posizione ottima vicinissima alle più belle spiagge dell’isola, con a disposizione nelle immediate vicinanze ogni tipo di servizio (supermarket, farmacia, bakery). Ci ha accolti Katerina dandoci tutte le informazioni che ci servivano e rispondendo sempre ad ogni nostra richiesta, gentilissima. Appartamento pulitissimo, ogni due giorni provvedono al cambio lenzuola ed asciugamani. Se tornassi qui a Skopelos soggiornerei sicuramente di nuovo qui.

Mooi en proper appartement in een rustige straat. Steeds kunnen parkeren voor het appartement. Supermarkt is vlakbij. David is heel vriendelijk en gaf ons veel goede tips. Mooi uitzicht op de Olympus berg.

Ο χώρος της Μελίσα ηταν πανέμορφος. Ένα καινούργιο διαμέρισμα μέσα στην φύση, εύκολα προσβάσιμο και με όλες τις παροχές. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Η οικοδεσπότρια ήταν φιλική, ευγενική και άμεσα διαθέσιμη σε όλες τις ανάγκες μας. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Perfect location, short walk to the port area and centrally located. The home was exactly like the pictures, lived well and our contact was very responsive when we had questions. Given the port/beach community, beach towels would have been nice to have available for guests. Highly recommend this place. Great value!

Όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, σε αρκετά κοντινή απόσταση από Βόλο και Πήλιο. Πολύ πρακτικό το ότι στον εσωτερικό χώρο τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται σε ξεχωριστό όροφο.

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

We had a wonderful few days here. Sherren has been a very responsive host before and during our stay; meeting us at the ferry port and then giving us helpful ideas for our stay. The apartment is modern but also sympathetic to the Greek culture. The double terrace is very special and we enjoyed some relaxing on the sunloungers on the top terrace for 1st few days. Unfortunately the weather changed for our last couple of days and had some torrential rain. There isn't anywhere to sit inside if this happens; but this was unusual weather and the apartment is exactly as described on Airbnb. Its just something to be aware of and it certainly has not put us off. We will be coming back. The location is fantastic and takes only a few minutes to walk down to the town. Also recommend the Mama Mia bus trip organised by Dolphin. Good value and also informative about Skopelos in general as well as the film stuff.

Ήταν όλα τέλεια!!!Είχε τα πάντα μέσα στο σπίτι!!!Ο οικοδεσπότης, που μας περίμενε στο σπίτι, ήταν φιλικός και χαμογελαστός πρόθυμος να μας δώσει κάθε πληροφορία και να μας εξυπηρετήσει οποιαδήποτε ώρα επικοινωνούσαμε μαζί του. Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο και ωραίο διακοσμημένο,σε κάνει να νοιώθεις άνετα σαν να είσαι στο σπίτι σου. Ελπίζω όταν ξαναεπισκεφτώ τον Βόλο να είναι διαθέσιμο το σπίτι για να ξαναμείνω εκεί. Σας το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!The best!!!!

Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

Sehr hübsches Häuschen, renoviert mit Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gut ausgestattet, schön mit der Terrasse und kleinem Balkon und sehr gute Lage. Man kann das Häuschen sogar ohne Treppen erreichen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Christos! La vue sur le Mont Olympe est à couper le souffle 🤩L’appartement est très confortable et à proximité d’une épicerie, des restaurants en bord de mer et du Mont Olympe! Notre séjour était parfait! Merci Christos!

Έκλεισα ημερομηνία 27-28 ενώ ήθελα 26-27 , κάλεσα τον ιδιοκτήτη μου απάντησε μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά και με βόλεψε σε ένα άλλο διαθέσιμο δωμάτιο της ίδιας αισθητικής με αυτό που είχα κλείσει . Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο με τζακούζι , άφθονο ζεστό νερό

Много удобен и уютен апартамент с прекрасна тераса в центъра на града. Наоколо е пълно с ресторанти и заведения. Любезен и отзивчив домакин! Препоръчвам!

Όμορφος χώρος, αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, μεγάλο μπόνους η άνετη θέση σταύθμευσης, η Σωτηρία πολύ επεξηγηματική και αναλυτική. Αν και τύχαμε αρκετά κρύες ημέρες, η θέρμανση με φυσικό αέριο ήταν κατι παραπάνω απο επαρκής (ευχάριστη έκπληξη συγκριτικά με άλλα καταλύματα που θερμαίνονται με κλιματιστικά).

Wir - eine Familie mit 2 Kindern - haben die letzte Oktoberwoche dort verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sie liegt im obersten 2. Stock mit bisschen Blick aufs Meer. Morgensonne. Die Gegend ist voll mit Appartementhäusern, da ist im Sommer sicherlich viel los. Das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe und man ist sofort am Strand. Bei uns war es eher wie in einer Geisterstadt, da die Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars bereits geschlossen waren. Dafür hatten wir den Strand fast für uns alleine. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Stets zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen hatte oder etwas brauchte!

Μείναμε 3 άτομα, το σπίτι πολύ άνετο και καθαρό, ήσυχη πολυκατοικία και περιοχή, το πάρκινγκ εύκολα προσβάσιμο και στεγασμένο. Κοντά στη περιοχή υπάρχει μάρκετ, παιδότοπος, πάρκο και εκκλησία, έχει και κανα δυο καφετέριες. Το σπίτι απέχει 6 λεπτά απο το Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας, αυτό ηταν πολύ χρήσιμο. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός, μας πρότεινε και μαγαζιά στη Λάρισα και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει νετφλιξ που μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε. Γενικά όλα ήταν ευχάριστα και νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, θα το ξαναπρπτιμήσουμε!

The studio was exactly as described, in a great location next to the village center and easy to find. Very clean and neat, the only downside was that the bathroom was very cramped, especially the shower. Overall a very good place to stay for a few days, we totally recommend it!!

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρικότατο σημείο του Βόλου, είναι πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και λειτουργικό. Διαθέτει ένα υπέροχο μπαλκόνι με θέα προς το βουνό του Πηλίου. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος. Ευχαριστώ για τη φιλοξενία!
