The floor is parquet, renovated, in some places it has a small crack. The house is 7 km away from Chalkida. Enjoy the sunset from the garden of the house, which is one of the most beautiful you can see. You can relax on winter days by the fireplace by the fireplace watching the sea changes.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary.
