This was a beautiful place for our family to stay. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, the house layout and amenities were outstanding. The views and the fireplace were so lovely. Five minutes from the ski hill, 20 ish minutes from a beautiful provincial park. James and Todd were great hosts and kindly mailed us something my sister forgot.

We had such an awesome time! The lake was warm and shallow for such a great distance that my four kids could swim at their leisure and I was still able to have fun myself. Peter was an incredible host, super responsive and helpful but gave us our space. He let us use his paddle boards and floating dock which the kids loved! Bedrooms were simple and clean and had enough space for 6 of us to be comfortable. Firepit was a big hit and having the wood and axe there to use was perfect! The nights were so warm that we didn’t even need to bundle up. Park and concession within a 5 minute walk was an awesome perk and Peter’s book explaining all the local places was extremely helpful. This felt like staying at a family cabin, comfortable and safe. We definitely want to go back again!

This accommodation is stunning with large windows that look over the lake for beautiful sunrises, is right next to Mission Ridge Ski hill and is close to the amenities of the town of Fort Qu'Appelle. Chara was very responsive to any questions we had about the accommodation and answered very quickly to make sure that we were comfortable. It is a spacious home with all the amenities that one would need to have a wonderful stay. It was easy to check in and out and Char provided information in advance. We loved this accommodation and the area, and plan to return in the future! Thank you, Chara!

Staying with Phyllis was exactly what I was looking for! It was private, quiet and clean. The location was perfect for sight seeing, in between two larger centres if you wanted to be in town. Phyllis and her family, even Piper the dog were very friendly and kind! At Phylis’s you will get the feeling that you’re home! I look forward to my next stay!!

Brooks was very quick with responses and so helpful! The cabin was perfect for our stay! It was sparkling clean and well stocked. The back outside area has a nice seating area around a fire pit and backs onto a beautiful wooded area. It’s a lovely, quiet place to stay.

Stayed on Christmas Day, the place was ready to go, and the fresh snow was shovelled for us. We had the code for the key just before checkin so there was no delay. Everything was in good shape, we all had a great sleep. Would recommend!

I would like to commend Randall because he kept us informed fully about a furnace problem in the building that was beyond his control. This was a great place to stay in Rural Sask where the options are sometimes limited. I ended up having vehicle trouble and the locals we met were so nice and helpful! Would 100% stay here again!
